Needed a 55’ inch tv fitted on an already pre installed bracket and just needed old 50’ tv to be taken down from the wall. First appt day nobody turned up after waiting for 4 hours. Then got a call to rebook. Had an engineer arrive in the slot on the day. Extremely rude and unprofessional from the time he entered the property. No shoe protectors worn and made his way to the kitchen to use the counter to write me a quote. Gave a quote with Vat of £166+. When i said im unsure, Then called the company to see if price can be lowered saying he is trying to help. Making me rush and not giving me time to think. Agreed for £145 incl vat. Job took barely 15 mins. He didnt bother to keep the old tv in a safe place or check where it needs to go. Had to request to put it in the new tv box. Took my help to get the new tv out of the box and even lift it to put it in place on the bracket. Wouldnt be able to complete the job if i hadnt helped him. He was so arrogant and annoying, just wanted him to leave soon as possible. After the job completion payment was a joke, said no card machine so will have to provide card details over the phone. Wont use amex cc. which is unusal for a big company like this. So i asked for a bank transfer and he said that if wont go through i will get charged for each half hour he would need to wait making me feel more anxious. I still went ahead and made a trf and it was all ok. He blamed me for not checking their payment methods or asking before job was completed. Utterly rude and disrespectful like he was doing a favour on me. Said there is no guarantee on the job done as i didnt use the company provided bracket. The £145 charge was just for his 15 mins job of putting the screws and taking my help in installing tv on the pre installed bracket. The company is a joke and the service provided was terrible. Very unhappy, complete rip off and unprofessional engineers who dont have manners or know how to talk to customers. Never using the service again ever! I had the old tv installed with trunking and full bracket installation for just £140 incl vat, i wish i could remember who i had used previously, im not sure how their quote is justified for doing such a small job. So disappointing!

Just had a visit from John Robinson , engineer to install Sky glass T.V very pleasant introduction, polite and friendly. Did an excellent job , we are very happy with the work he has done ,he explained everything clearly to understand . Regards . Heather and Kemal Yusuf . HA8 8XL.

Engineer was nice enough, the pricing is extortionate though. £300 for a £30 bracket and 30minutes labour. Would not recommend just look for a good handy man.

From the point of contact to completion, the communcation was brilliant and was able to fit in my work in less than 24hrs from intial contact of the company. Engineer was very experienced and was able to provide professional guidance.

Despite a shaky start, head office staff making promises of a visit without first checking with the engineers, I am extremely happy with the end result. The engineer, Pete, was professional throughout and the quality of his work is excellent.

Waited 2 weeks for someone to come out and give me a quote on cameras for my shop, yesterday someone turnt up after waiting all day for them, the man then turnt round and said, sorry I haven’t got the right equipment with me. So he booked it back in for the next day which was today, again waited all day for them and then got a phone call saying sorry won’t be able to make it today. Then asked if they could book it back in for a week later. I cancelled straight away I will use someone else, terrible service and a waste of time, I strongly advise anyone not to use this company they just fob you off with excuses.

I requested a faulty 50 inch TV to be removed from the wall (basically lifted off the bracket) and a new 50 inch put back on the wall, using the bracket that was already in place. After much preamble from the engineer, I was quoted £470 😆 I put the original bracket up myself but due to health issues I couldn't manage it at the time. £470 was.... excessive for 20 minutes work 😆 I know this because my brother popped over later the same day and it tooks 20 minutes 😆 The website and chat is very slick and initially impressive and professional, but the experience I had from a very cocky engineer who thought I came down in the last shower, put me off this company forever. I'd avoid them if I were you.

Two appointments and two no shows. Waited in both days , then get a call late on in the afternoon to say they can't make it !! Twice !! You can forgive them once but not twice in the same week. I'll be going elsewhere

charged £114 to be told I needed to buy a lead from Amazon. Shouldn't the engineer carry this lead? So my camera wasn't fixed.

Over Promise and Under Deliver. The price quoted online is NOT the price you will pay - its not even close. Also the customer says they will come out on a certain day at a certain time and they never do. Twice I have waited in, only to be told at 5pm that an engineer is not available. PLEASE AVOID
