I am based in Cheshire and after calling Ariel force I was told an installer could come out to me the following day. I told them I could be available between 10.30-3pm. I was told that was no problem they weren’t very busy and I would get a call 45 minutes before they are due to arrive. On the day I called around 1pm check someone was still coming and was told abruptly that they can’t guarantee someone by 3pm and someone will come by 6pm. Called again at 5pm and was told again abruptly someone would come by 6pm. Called at 5.55pm and was told no one was coming after I had waited all day. The man I spoke to for the initial booking was lovely although it sounds like he over promised. The lady who answered the phone on the day came across aggressive and rude. She needs to learn some customer service skills.

Gary came round to do an tv airel he was very professional and knew what to do , also he was very knowledgeable about the different aspects of the airel and put us at rest from the start great job happy customers.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. Mislead me on the initial phone call and then ridiculously over charged my wife when they arrived and I wasn’t there. Very disappointed and I feel cheated

The engineer was very professional and fully introduced himself before entering.I was informed earlier in the day of who my engineer would be .He was on time established the fault fully explaining the problem and cost.Eveything was left tidy and in the correct place.My televisions were programmed and running perfectly when he left.My engineer was Lee and I would recommend his attitude and work .Thankyou Mrs Sturman Mansfield

It's impossible to express how bad this company is. No wonder their accounts are late to Companies House. A shambolic booking service, multiple no-shows, a very rude and passive-aggressive engineer. Just awful! Protect your relatives from this company (also known as The TV Ariel Company).

It I could give zero stars I would. Contacted them at 12 pm and ask them to fit ring doorbell. Never turn up. Contacted them again. Told me they are will turning up before 13.00 o'clock the next day. Never turn up or contacted me. Contacted them by phone told my I had to wait. I work full-time and had to take leave and flex time.

Price was as quoted, engineer arrived as expected, engineer Paul Lappin was very efficient, polite and described to us what the problem was , fixed it and left our house clean and tidy. First rate. Would use again if problems arise.

How this company gets good reviews is beyond me! The after service is absolutely shocking. When we wanted a camera system installed they were there like a flash, no issues at all. ( obviously to get the business) But to get them back to carry out a few basic things is a nightmare. They arrange days and times which means I’m taking time off work thus losing money, only to not turn up or otherwise telephone at the last minute to cancel. The same excuses each time. The one occasion they actually called the guy said he didn’t have the equipment and would call back tomorrow. You guessed it! No show!! He phoned the next day to say it was outside of his skill level!! Really?!! !!! I would never use them again. 6 dates so far and all either no show or cancelled at the 11th hour! Abysmal!!

Dear Shelley / Amber, Thanks for your responses, I don't know how many time I have to say this (until it sinks in) - but I will try one more time. I have also copied in "Trading Standards" - as I believe your Organisation needs to be "Formally Investigated" - When they read TRUST PILOT, it clearly shows there is a repetitive pattern of this behaviour. I can confirm - ARE YOU READING THIS !! - ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS ( THAT YOU DID NOT ONCE AGAIN IN YOUR LAST RESPONSE ) No Work has been carried out, since Dhillon's visit - You are correct I was quoted £40 to put it right (but this HAS NOT BEEN DONE AS YET) !! - HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY THAT !! I asked for your Directors Email address - this is now the FOURTH TIME !!!! - Can you please give me the details You obviously have been on the BBC Show (Rogue Traders) - as you did not NOT deny this !! - SO, I now know I am not dealing with a "Reputable / Honest" Company. I did let you know, in the "AFTERCARE" Call, all the issues and problems I had - to which you now say (THAT WAS NOT RECORDED) !! - HOW CONVENIENT. I DID LET DYLAN KNOW, the TV was NOT STRAIGHT at the time of him putting it up - HE SAID THE WALLPAPER IS WHAT IS MAKING IT NOT LOOK STRAIGHT !!! - ONCE AGAIN YOU CALL ME A LIAR !! - HE LIED ABOUT SAYING I COULD NOT HAVE THE TV where I wanted it due to the "Wall" - this was YET AGAIN ANOTHER LIE !!! Look at these reviews below over just the last month - I have NOT included 50 MORE and MINE !!! - THIS JUST PROVES HOW BAD YOU ARE - YET YOU DEFEND THIS !!! SHAMEFUL !! - It seems you have a "Track record" - as per the reviews of ripping of the Disabled and Elderly !! - Do YOU EVER READ TRUST PILOT, DO YOU FEEL PROUD DEFENDING THAT !! I have a progressive terminal illness, do you think I would go to all this length to mess up a straight TV to try and get a refund. I am crediting you with enough sense, that you honestly done believe that, but looking at the reviews below, EVERY SINGLE problem I face, is just proven by the responses from "TRUST PILOT" Below - or are all of these Customers "Lying" that you believe I am. Are you going to come around and do a visit, and put it right or not ?? - That is all I wish to know. Last Chance !! - Just please confirm, so I can raise proceedings TODAY. I am more than happy to have someone put right what was wrong. But it is obvious, your "Cowardly" Company does not want to - if you were "True and Honest" - You would. As per your comment about costs, it is obvious you are well versed in being taken to Court, - it will go against you, if I do not have the "Direct" contact details I have to give the Court about the Directors. Lets be honest, if they were of an honest position, and cared about the "Business" - they would (Hence why - with the BBC Investigation) is why you dont.I am absolutely LIVID with this firm, a sub-standard installation, I lost over £300 for them NOT attending when promised. They even told lies to try and cover things up. The TV is NOT Straight, the installer DID NOT put the TV where I said, he said it could not be done that way - A COMPLETE LIE !! - as I got someone to put it right for only £40 !!!!! Shows what a RIP-OFF they charge for things. The Installer left ALL RUBBISH, and did not clean after himself !! - Complete Cowboy outfit !! They said if they came out again, I would have to pay a full charge again !!! - Why I got someone else !! They (Aerial Force) even had the nerve to call me for an afterservice all - which I gave 30 mins of my time (was promised a call back from the Director from the Company !!) - STILL WAITING FOR MY COMPENSATION !! So my Installation cost me circa £600 - AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
