Professional, polite and efficient at splitting my current aerial and creating a new connection in another room. Engineer Ricky did a great job

Polite service and speed of service. It was literally less than 12 hours between us deciding we wanted the installs and it being completed. Mark and his assistant were friendly and polite and tidy.

We had problems with our aerial for ages and finally got someone out , James came out and tested our system He found the fault quickly and fixed it We now have amazing hd channels Jo and Paul in Devon

They did exactly what they said they’d do - communication was great and the engineer James solved my problem

Had a good engineer here this morning and he was very quick to repair my faled aerial, he also knew about setting up the TV and setting up talktalk. Very helpful, I will definitely use the again if needed.

Mitchell was very efficient and friendly. He explained everything clearly. He showed photos of the causes of the poor signals. He showed us the items causing the faults. He completed the work quickly. Highly recommended.

Good Service Despite Initial Delays The job was initially scheduled and cancelled several times, which was quite disappointing. However, once aerial engineer Mitchell was assigned to our job, everything turned around. Mitchell was excellent—he contacted us directly, kept us updated on his arrival time. He arrived with Emre and they carried out the job very efficiently. They also provided helpful recommendations that we really appreciated. We were very satisfied with Mitchell's performance and professionalism. On top of that, the company showed goodwill by waiving the diagnostic fee at the end, which was a nice gesture. Overall, while the process started off rocky, we were happy with the final outcome and the service we received.

Richard persevered to find a suitable solution to my tricky aerial problem. He was polite and personable and attended at the agreed time. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with a difficult issue as he did not give up until he had resolved the problem.

Very easy to contact and set appointment for the engineer. Horrible weather but we're punctual for the appointment. Engineer (Mitchell & Emre) helpful, friendly and efficient. Was clear in what was needed. Completed the work well within an hour and checked everything was working well before left. Thank you.

Scott from ariel force came out today, didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. They didn't make it aware that it would cost £106 just for a qoute. He looked around and and wrote an invoice and charged my mum £106 talking about inflation prices etc. Charged £106 just too look around. And it was cost 200+ vat to do the areal. He also said he would do it on the side for 150 if we wanted Absolute con. Should be ashamed of themselves seems they've done this quiet alot looking at the reviews now

In the last strong wind bought our aerial down today we met a gentleman called Mitchell who rang before he came to our house took the time to explain the different options available and the price great experience and if you needed an aerial company would recommend giving aerial force a call

Avoid this company was quoted 158+vat when came he said it would be £358 for a aerial

Quoted £139+VAT as a guide price. When engineer arrived he said it would be £550 for a straightforward TV wall mount. Clearly either an awfully run company or scam artists.

Scammers!!! Please Avoid I asked for TV wall mounting. They initially quoted £129+VAT and £85+VAT for cable concealing. The engineer arrived didn’t have any professional ethics. He did wall mount the tv after drilling few unsuccessful holes. I was ok with that. When requested cable concealing he acted as if he know how to do. But he didn’t have any clue of how to do it. This is on a flat with a plasterboard wall. He broke few holes randomly and was about to give up saying he cannot do cable concealing. I had to step in to make sure my walls are getting damaged permanently. With my help we managed to get the wire through. He took 15mins after that to put the wrapper on holes. Since he messed up the holes too big with no adequate knowledge, he messed up the screws too. I was patient getting my walls damaged, but i was ready to pay as the job finishes. He suddenly came up with a massive price £430 with super inflated prices. He shouted and threatened to rip the wall off while we were discussing about price. He was about to go on rampage while I was speaking to his company. I asked him to come out of home n then talk so that my family doesn’t look at this idiot. He changed the price and increased the cost to £480 and then I paid to save my family getting panicked. Just a bunch of cheaters. I reported this to the company. They are blabbering despite given advice of invoice him cancelling and inflating prices. They are cheaters and very unprofessional to threaten for money. He stayed in my home for 4hrs( 30 mins fighting with us) for a tv wall mount and cable concealing. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! We have audio evidences of the engineer threatening us and the pics to prove the tampered invoice. Happy to upload here

Omar was brilliant from start to finish. Very polite and helpful, and fixed the problem for my elderly grandfather within 6 hours of my initial phone call. Highly recommend him personally.

Booked a visit and gave important instructions to the problem. First day cancelled due to blah blah .... second day engineer one arrived, oh, I haven't got the ladders to get up that high blah blah, the second engineer arrives, oh, can't go up there...H&S blah blah blah. Just don't take the job instead of feeble excuses. Engineers that don't want to go higher than three floor....not recommended at all. My disabled father still sat ay home with no signal unfortunately...rather disgusted with the very poor service not provided by customer service passage of information and Engineers shying from a really simple job....

I called new year's eve .within 30 minutes.Andy was here .a excellent job putting new aerial on roof.Tv working great .very pleased with all at aerialforce
