United Kingdom | 29 December 2024From recieving a call back and offering fitting the next day I was amazed that after calling previous local engineers they could do it !!!! I received a call the next morning to confirm my details and was informed my engineer was on his way from Huddersfield, I was amazed one and a half hours journey and I couldn't get an engineer only 15 mins drive away. My engineer Mark was absolutely first class with his advice, fitting and even tuning my T.V. in. Many many thanks Mark and Aerial Force.

United Kingdom | 25 December 2024Terrible service, booked in for 11am and then no show. Spoke to advisor on chat who said still booked and engineer would arrive soon. No one came. Same thing the next day , advised I would get a call before 6pm. No show.

United Kingdom | 24 December 2024What an absolute joke - didn't turn up 3 times, rearranged 3 times. Rang to be told the original guy was off sick and they'd forgot to rearrange so they'd send someone for midday (2 days later) as he was 'having his van serviced'. Turned up at 4pm, said he couldn't do the job as it was 'a new build and signals poor here', he'd have to come back tomorrow and it'll be £500 - brilliant didn't think to look at the address before you came eh mate and save us all the bother. Then it turns out that none of these people work for Aerial Force they're all just local companies who Aerial Force ring to fit something anyway. To top off the whole experience Aerial Force then had the balls to ring me before the guy had even left to demand £150 for a site survey having originally told me it would be £150 to fit the aerial and no mention of a survey cost or that it could be more. Honestly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with from a communication stand point - no reflection on the guy who turned up because clearly he'd been thrown under the bus by this wannabe cartel who are trying to run a company on carrier pigeons and ineptitude!

When I rang again to complain I asked to speak to a manager which didn't happen the woman on the phone said they'll come tomorrow between 8&9 but 2 minutes before she said they can't make an actual appointment. I then recieve a phone call 2 hours later to confirm my "appointment" to which I said to her I have read the reviews now and it seems this happens regularly. But one thing for sure i won't be standing for price increases when I was told how much to pay on first phonecall. Avoid this company at all costs. They are a joke and so are their staff

Thankfully they were able to ask Darren Smith to come on the Monday and he was not only able to replace the cables really quickly, he also kindly helped when our door handle broke on his arrival locking us in. Really friendly and efficient service, would recommend to everyone. Thanks Darren!

After much negotiation they agreed to come the next morning between 8 am and 10:30 am and do the work for a discount to make up for the inconvenience. Contacted this morning they can’t come at the agreed time or even guarantee to come at all today and that they revoked the discount agreed. Completely untrustworthy and unreliable avoid at all costs

United Kingdom | 21 December 20242 days in a row I was promised someone would come only to be told on day 1 the driver won’t make it without any reason and day 2 the driver broke down when magically an hour before that he was only 20 minutes away due to be stuck in traffic.. save yourselves your precious time and calls these guys won’t turn up even though the website promises the same day call out. Iv lost 2 days wage at work coz of these jokers and I didn’t even get an apology from the rude gentleman on the phone

He was efficient, neat and tidy and we’re really pleased with the final product. Would recommend this service and the excellent engineer.
