For me they did a great job. Took 4 days end to end but worked out well. Have read all the reviews on here. I paid extra for special delivery and bubble wrapped my phone as well. The customer support is only via email and Facebook (not great for those not on facebook), there is a Twitter page which looks like it hasn't been touched. They honoured the original offer price quoted and also did it quickly so happy lady here. Thank you.

Quick easy service and paid me the best price

Very quick to remind me to send out my iPad, I sent it on the same day as a phone to a different company. The phone company received and paid 2 days after posting. Here I am 5 days after posting to gecko and apart from when I chase them I have heard nothing. I could be cynical and say that they were holding out for the bank holiday weekend as now they won't pay for at least another four days or perhaps I'm just unlucky and I'm the only one who didn't get processed in a timely fashion. I can't say but I can say I have received no updates,no emails, no texts and not money

Had to try and chase the envelope as it didn’t come to quickly but that could of been because of postal strikes. Once sent it took a day or so but the money was in the bank on the day they said. Overall a good company to use and will use again.

I didn’t get any update once I sent my iPhone, but on contacting Gecko, they were on the ball and apologetic, I will certainly use them again 👍

I had a phone in my drawer that had broken years ago. It was completely destroyed with a smashed screen and water damage and Gecko gave me the best price around! Much more than other phone recycling companies offered. The box came quickly, I sent my phone off straight away and I had my money within a couple of days! Can’t fault them.
