I have used Five star autocentre 3 time now over the past 2 years and found their level of service noting short of outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone.

After using main dealers for servicing etc i felt. Was being ripped off. I tried 5star after seeing their advert and was very impressed with the polite way they dealt with my problem and servicing system. They are always prepared to put themselves out to please their customers and the servicing and pricing is second to none. Keep it up boys your doing a great job with value for money as well

I only took the car to have a free winter check, so was taken aback when an unexpected repair came up. However, I was pleased and grateful they could do the repair straight away and have the car ready by the end of the day as I had to travel far the following day. Many thanks Five Star!

I came in for an MOT and service, I was impressed with the quality of the service and as for the MOT the guys were very open about the issues with the car and what may have caused them etc. I felt like I was being well-informed as to what I was paying for

We booked online for 4 new tiers to be fitted and tracing we received a conformation email giving full detail. The staff are lovely and chatty and offered me a drink. There is a TV and news papers if you have to wait. All prices for MOTs and Servicing are clearly displayed. I would recommend this garage and will be using them again.

All the work was done and they picked up the car in the morning and returned it the same night. Cost was also good, Main dealer wanted £200 more for same work. I don't know where they get the prices from. This company did a service and MOT on my wives car a few months ago, so when my car was due for a service, I check if my warranty would still be valid if 5 Star did it and was told that it would still be valid as long as the service was the same as Main Dealers and The Parts were also compatible, Main dealers have accepted the work and car is still under warranty. Will be going back to 5 STAR.

I'm always a bit apprehensive when it comes to taking my car to be MOT'd or serviced, but I was pleased when Five Star Autocentre phoned to say there was nothing needed for the MOT. You hear so many stories about garages that invent faults at a service or MOT, so I am happy that my local garage is trustworthy. I also know that Asif is top notch with Toyotas - mine is an Avensis - so that is a bonus. When I collected my car it had been washed and cleaned inside too. What more can I say?

This place is very friendly and helpful!! The manager and lady on reception had brilliant customer service skills. They even washed and valeted my car for an MOT! Will definitely return and do recommend!!

We always take our cars to 5 Star for good honest friendly service, and would recommend them to anyone.

Garage kept me updated at all times as to what they are doing. Extra repairs were explained to me clearly over the phone and accurate pricing given. Courteous staff, articulate and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle. Always enjoy the complimentary wash at the end, however, they did not vaccum this time. But its a let off, as my vehicle was the last one out on saturday evening. I would fully recommend this garage to anyone.

Booking is easy. Prices are reasonable and fully explained. Service is professional. Team are customer focused. Car valeted at end of service, which is a bonus.

The different service levels were not explained on arrival and the final quote and cost was way above what I would normally have considered paying. Whilst I appreciate that the work carried out was to some extent necessary and I presume carried out to a high standard, I would not entertain using 5star again as cost in this case is a major factor for me when considering a future service.

Trustworthy, professional, well priced this garage has a can do and will do attitude often going beyond the call of duty.
