Having little knowledge I gave the go ahead resulting in MOT and service being completed. Service and staff were excellent however only criticism is the price, having looked since at prices for the job I had it seems a lot cheaper elsewhere.

The website is great and being able to book an MOT is great. Plenty of time slots and they have not been running late for any interaction I have had.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2013Having phoned at 6.15pm to ask how soon I could get my car MOT tested, I was told "nine o'clock in the morning if you can make it"........................I made it,and Five Star tested it. So I picked up a very clean car complete with MOT and a smile on my face into the bargain.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2013Booking the service for my Qashqai was simple and straightforward through the website followed by a complementary confirmation 'phone call from the manager. The service was carried out effectively and efficiently without any undue pressure to have any further work carried out (almost unheard of at some more well-known centres) and simply an advisory of work that would probably be required in twqelve months time. The extra 10% over 60's discount came in handy too. I would recommend 5 Star to anyone and shall return next year.

United Kingdom | 05 October 2013Very impressed with my whole experience, the fault on my car was quickly diagnosed, I received a phonecall to tell me about the problem and I was then asked if I would like to go ahead with the repair. The work was quickly completed, and when I went to collect my car it had even been washed and vacuumed!! What a lovely surprise!

United Kingdom | 21 September 2013From calling in to book car in for MOT the staff were friendly, pleasant and polite. I had a couple of voicemail messages prior to the MOT as a reminder. The staff are honest and give a full account and the cost of the parts and labour before proceeding with the work. Also the car was cleaned. A very clean reception area and spotless garage with friendly knowledgable staff about cars. I would have no hesitation in using autocentre again and would encourage any friends to attend for an honest opinion.

Started using this company several years ago and haven't looked back. Car is booked in for a set time, and more importantly is finished within the quoted timescale, with a text sent letting you know it is ready to be collected. The only place I haven't had to chase up to get my car back. No work is carried out without informing/asking you, quotes are provided every time and invoices are itemised. Staff are friendly and approachable and the reception area is clean and tidy. Reminders are sent out when your MOT is due and for the past couple of years have included a £5 discount. I feel I can trust this company to not do unnecessary work just to bump the price up.

But when you take your car to somewhere where you feel that the jobs have been done and done well and the car actually feels better than when it went in to the garage then you have to be satisfied and I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

It is competitive compared to other garages, the staff are always courteous and explain what you need to know. This time I went to Five Star for a repair and was pleased with the result and even got a wash and vac which was an added bonus! I trust them.
