Good service, on time. Got a bit lost on the way home

Fantastic service, very polite driver who was extremely friendly to the children (School trip) and was flexible, in picking us up earlier than scheduled.

Service provided by coachhire was great! They were early picking us up and waited beyond the time we were meant to leave, provided music to choose on bus and soft drinks. Dropped us where we wanted and agreed a pick up time, pickup driver texted when he was there and same service coming back. Would definately recommend and use again.

I called your company this morning and spoke to Aleah Peters. We had been let down by another coach company and was in desperate need of sourcing a coach company to transport 90 people to London. On contacting Aleah I could not have found a more helpful person. Her customer service was fantastic and she pulled out all the stops and managed to source two coaches for us tomorrow. I would absolutely use this company again. Lovely clean coach, showed up on time and with a friendly driver. Even gave us a contact number in case our plans changed later in the evening. Would recommend.

total rip-off, we ordered an exucutive mini coach with a premiere cost of eight and half thousand pounds, and they provide us with a less than standard Benz Sprinter which only cost about four thousand. this is absolutely unacceptable.

My operator at coach hire was Sensi Williams. Where to start? Not only was she polite, efficient and knowledgeable. She managed to create ease in a stressful situation. Originally the quote coach hire provided was the most out of the vendors I had received quotes from. The difference between the price was ignored due to the excellent customer service. I was told by Sensi to leave the request with her and as promised she called back and managed to get a more competitive price. I looked on trip advisor and saw some worrying comments about coaches not turning up on the day. I called Sensi to clarify the information and double check that this wouldn't happen and Sensi put me at ease. The day of the trip the. Is head on time, clean and of a high spec. The other passengers were over the moon and everything ran smoothly. The next working day after the coach hire I received a courtesy call to check how the collection and drop off went. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience and would definitely use coach hire in future. Sensi is really good customer operator, I called her multiple times and always received the same response and attitude each time.

Our driver was amazing and really made the long journey fun. Would definitely use the company again. :-)

I was scared by your service. 1. For airport pick up . Your staff text me a wrong number . The flight has landed but I couldn't contact driver. Finally I got your customer service line to solve the problem. 2. I booked multitrip, however except airport pick up , I don't receive any update news about following driver's information. I worried every trip day . The only thing I can do is pray you can send a coach to me on time! Fortunately, each time the coach is coming.

Based in Nottingham, we needed to have a reliable transfer for 20 passengers from the O2 - we were not disappointed, Fran talked us through the arrangements which turned out to be perfect for us. Arrived an hour late on the going out journey but driver was very friendly and approachable. The return journey had a different driver who seemed unapproachable.

It was lovely experience the coach a bit old,my seat didn't have a seat belt it was broken.The driver was smoking during the journey,to and fro until we asked him to stop!
