Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff were very helpful and I was kept up to date with emails regarding my booking. Coach arrived early so there was no stress and the driver was very helpful.

The whole CoachHire team and management were great to work with. Gary and Lee were only 2 members of staff who I spoke to, and they were always helpful and willing. The bus drivers were punctual, polite and very kind to all our staff and students. The buses were of a very high standard and we never had a single issue all summer. Thank you to all!

We used Coach hire for a trip to the races. The whole process was fantastic. The original booking was really easy I then made some changes to pick ups etc and the team really helpful. But have to say best of all was our driver she was great. Will def use again

Driver contacted my the day before our trip to confirm the details. Service was terrific, and the journey was right on time. Could not ask for more. I would recommend these guys any time and look forward to working with them again.

Our driver tipped up on time and stayed in contact whilst we were overseas in Australia for the return leg. Dealing with the team was painless, always having our best interests and timelines at the forefront of everything that was discussed.

We booked our end of year trip with another coach company, Avant or coach spotters (they go by two names), they unfortunatly cancelled on us last minute so we called around and Coach Hire was able to provide a very cost-effective rate that met our budget. They were able to take our details and arrange transport for us quickly. We had an outstanding driver who cared and looked after his passengers as well as ensuring everyone’s safety. He was able to meet our needs and was punctual coming and going. He also looked for the best route so we didn’t miss out any time in Chessington. overall great service whilst booking, on the day and after for asking how it all went. Did not turn up! Let Down last min. 45 women stranded last min. Haven't received the refund yet. They couldn't arrange a replacement. We had to pay double for a replacement. Spoilt our weekend! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

The company was a nightmare to deal with for a wedding - despite calling 4 and 5 times to clarify my booking, each time i spoke with someone who had no idea what was going on, or when they promised to take a particular action, i.e update my booking, failed to do so, and so i had to start all over again with the next person. Then on the day itself one of the coaches turned up at the wrong hotel and was 20 minutes late causing us to delay our ceremony as half the guests had not arrived. Terrible experience

The service I had whilst booking the journey was ace! However I have heard a few bad things regarding the coach driver on the return journey from the staff regarding rudeness

Booked a MPV van to transport 5 family friends from Eastcote in London to Poole for a family funeral. Although there was a change of company who provided the vehicle and driver Just a few hours before the booking, the replacement company, Easy Airport Transfer done an excellent job with a very attentive driver (Niti) who kept in contact with me at all times to advise his arrival time, to stop en-route for a comfort and coffee break and was ready to pick up all the passengers once I let him know the time for the pick up after the "Wake" had finished. A long journey but nothing to much trouble for Niti, and would use them again.

Great communication throughout with friendly, helpful staff. Driver confirmed the day before and gave his direct contact details for reassurance. Polite and punctual. Would use again.

If I could rate them a 0 I would! Booked a bus for the 16th June and paid for bus IN FULL immediately when I booked back in March. Everything was going alright until a few weeks before I decided to call just to double check the booking was still okay and they said yes. I then phoned a week before and asked again to make sure and they said yes everything is sorted when they would have known it wasn't. Got a phone call 2 DAYS before the trip to be told that they no longer had a bus available for me and wanted to let me know so it wasn't short notice even though it was JUST 48 hours before the bus left!!! Their staff were not helpful in the slightest when I asked for a refund immediately as I would have to get another bus booked if I could manage to find one at such short notice! I was told that it could take up to a week for the money to go back to my account (which was a lie) and that the accounts team would phone me back within the hour to get bank details, 2 hours later still no phone call! I phoned again and spoke to a lady, I don't know her name, that tried her best to get it refunded to me as soon as possible. She spoke to the accounts team herself and then called me back saying it would be put in my account for the Friday which she made sure happened. I work in customer service myself and am appalled at the way their staff treat their customers. 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND this company and would hate for the same to happen to someone else!!

CoachHire helped make our trip a huge success! After being let down by various companies, or having been quoted many extortionate prices, CoachHire gave us one of the cheapest quotes, that we had. All transactions went through with no problems, and confirmation and driver details were received before the trip. The driver was a very cheerful, polite man. We will be using this company again, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

We've used them twice for corporate days out and they haven't let us down.

Organised a trip for 9 visitors going to Edinburgh from Cambridge at short notice, great communication, priced fairly given the urgency. There was some some confusion over drivers names and numbers but resolved by the incumbent contractor otherwise would have rated 5*.

Was pretty difficult getting hold of anyone, would call up and not get phoned back; found e-mail was best shot. Driver on way there was right up close to vehicles in front was a little too fast. Got told it was same driver picking us up on return journey, wouldn't answer phone then finally find out there's a new driver after not being able to contact anyone and wondering whether we were actually being picked up at all. Driver was an hour late collecting us which meant we were stuck in rush hour and went a stupid route home and with 14 hungover guys in a stuffy van wasn't best experience. One positive mark is when I originally called and booked spoke to a nice Welsh bloke who was friendly and helpful didn't get his name.
