We have used Coach Hire for the last two years and we have always been very pleased with the service we have received. The drivers have always been polite and helpful and the coaches have always been good quality. The coaches have always arrived early so there is no stress worrying if they will turn up. I would definitely recommend Coach Hire.

Excellent service

Clean coach, respectful driver and coach arrived on time

Booking the coach but fine, and so was the journey itself; however I never received my drivers details as I was told I would, prior to the journey; and spent quite a bit of my time phoning the company the day before and the morning of our journey to obtain these, which was quite stressful for me as I wasnt sure if they were even coming!

Although I booked a coach with toilet facilities, for a child with a medical condition, 4 days before our trip I received a call to say the vehicle had to be taken out of service. I was offered a coach without toilet facilities and was told the driver was prepared to make extra stops on the journey. On the morning of the trip, 15 minutes before our booked departure time, I contacted the company to be told our vehicle had broken down 5 minutes from us. Very bad correspondence and communication, we were not kept informed at all. Our departure time was due to be 08.30 and by 10.30 still no transport, so we had to cancel, we lost our booking at the theme park and children were very disappointed.

Promised to book Ferry because of the good relationship they had with them and that it was included in cost. No trailer provided until a number of reminders were given! Overall experience with driver and coach was outstanding during trip just not given what was promised and cost us a lot of money!

All in all company was good and helpful, on the day of our journey our coach arrived all seeming well and efficient then within an hour of departure the driver felt the need to stop for a cigarette, he had the heating on even though the weather outside was almost 27° and he said he couldn't turn it off as it would over heat his engine! No radio to listen to even though when booking I requested one, driver was smoking on board the vehicle, all in all not the best experience for my hen weekend

We had a few reservations after reading some bad experiences of using Coach Hire and raised these with our contact, who came back to us straightaway and reassured us along with a list of well known contacts who had used them on a regular basis. The day before our event, we were notified of the name and mobile number of the driver due to collect us. On the day, the driver arrived on time and was pleasant with everyone who got on to the coach and they arrived at their destination in plenty of time. The return journey pickup was on time and returned to their original destination.

Coach not great. Very basic for price paid. Driver was spot on & punctual.
