This was my first experience of using Coach Hire, but I will definitely be using them again as they made the whole experience so simple and easy to arrange. Laura, my contact, was excellent and understood our need for an executive style vehicle to enhance our day trip on the Orient Express. On the day, there was a mix-up on the meeting place which could have proved a problem, but luckily we had the mobile number of the driver so we were able to liaise and sort it out, so eventually we arrived in good time and were also returned home smoothly and comfortably. The team are always on hand to help and answer any queries during every step of booking. They are extremely efficient and have been very helpful even when we needed last minute bookings. My second time making a booking with Coach hire. Both times Lee has responded within 20 minutes of my request and I have had the bus booking confirmation within an hour. Our driver was very friendly and punctual. Would highly recommend to everyone

First time I've used Coach hire and if this experience is anything to go by, won't be my last. Spoke to a few people who were all extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful, especially Michael who dealt with my booking. He managed to get me a great price (£20 less than my lowest quote) I would highly recommend them.

1. Did not give a suitale size of a bus as they describe - 4 people had to sit on a floor for 2days because the bus was too small 2. Always late . Late more than 2 hours without any refund destroy my plan 3. Whole trip the passenges had to hold the big suitcase in a coach because there is no space to keep our suitcase 4. Last day we almost miss the fligh becuase the coach came late and we could not do the vat refund, which was cost 600 pounds Don't trust that you will get a good service here Sent mail to them eveyday since came back never get feedback

We were left abandoned in Gatwick Airport with 2 small children and a 78 year old at 2am in the morning and after an hour of trying to get them to find the driver, at 3am they told us they could not contact. We had to pay £250 to get home by taxi and were told by the person on the phone that they would pay. After my complaint they have quoted their terms and conditions and offered £50 COMPENSATION! An absolute joke, ruined the end of our holiday. I expect AT LEAST the taxi fare, PLUS COMPENSATION. Dreadful, all they can say is the booking was OVERLOOKED !!!

My experience with the coach company was absolutely terrible! First of all the coach never turned up and left 30 people to find alternative travel. There has now been 6 days since I was supposed to travel and the company have still not gave me my money back, I have called countless amount of times to be cut off the phone and even lied to! This company is an absolute joke and I strongly advise against booking with them.

I was arranging a group traveling from Manila, Philippines to London for the duration of Sept 2to 6. I hired a 24-seater mini coach for 5 days, and only booked online 2 days prior. Despite my worry over the short notice and possible risk of scam for booking online, upon my request I was called back by Richard from Coachhire who attended to all my needs. Our transactions were straight to the point and all my requests were accommodated. Paid via a secure website via credit card (in full payment) and received all necessary confirmation emails immediately after. I was informed who my driver was going to be for the first day of hire. I was even given a referral for a tour guide when I requested for one. For all five days, there was only one day when the driver showed up 5 minutes late (Day 4). There were different drivers per day but all of them (Day 1 Jamie, Day 2 Ron, Day 3 Jon, Day 4 Egis, and Day 5 David) were very kind and patient for all our needs. They were all kind enough to drop and pick us up wherever we asked for, and even gave tips to which places are better to go to than others. We were able to go around within the city of London and even up to Bicester village, Windsor, Stonehenge, and Salisbury. We made sure to give generous tips for all our drivers. I definitely recommend coachhire.com, as they made my stay (first timer!) in the UK comfortable and relaxed. 10/10

Very personable service and great to have someone in the loop to talk through changes/ issues with. The email system could do with an update as I kept receiving automated payment requests after I had paid in full but Maria Marasco assured me the system would update eventually and was very helpful.

My requirements were met with courtesy and a sensible no quibble quote. Happy with my experience and didn't feel the need to compare elsewhere.

Michael Sullivan was really helpful from the get go. I had quite a complex booking to make with several stops and different pick up and waiting times and Michael was very responsive and understanding with my booking.
