I have recently just booked a coach for my birthday through Coach Hire and from the offset they have been so accommodating. I have been dealing with Michael who has been so helpful throughout and had even helped me to sort out putting down a deposit so I didn't lose the quote altogether. I will most definitely be using Coach Hire again in future.

Have and account manager - Joanna Button who makes life very easy. They are easy to book with and have helped me even at short notice sometimes. All Round fantastic service and are currently the providers of all transport for St Mary's Sports teams.

Haven't had our trip yet (have it booked for September) but been in contact with Luke who helped organise our trip, very lovely man couldn't have asked for someone more helpful to help book our trip!

Booked online for a trip from Birmingham Airport to deepest darkest Gloucestershire for a party of 11. Good comms via email and phone from the organisers. Driver very accommodating especially when one of our party went missing between landing and departures... Good price (cheaper then I could get for a local driver to come and pick us up). Would recommend.

Our driver Mohammed arrived early, drove safely and made good time. Same for return journey. He was also very flexible (with stops etc.) and good fun as well. The coach was comfortable. A good experience (for a 2.5hr coach journey) all round.

The team at Coachhire.com went above and beyond the call of duty to help us upgrade to a larger coach at the last minute. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book coaches around England!

To start. The coach was too small for what I asked for, but we all got on with our luggage. Driver moaned about toilet breaks. It was a three hour journey. We stopped twice. We needed another stop but he would only stop if we gave him another £40 so we did. One of us left his phone on the coach by accident. I contacted the driver. He rang a day later and said 2 cleaners had stolen it and he caught them red handed. He got the phone back but sim was completely wiped. The return journey was a farce. He said there was going to be only one toilet stop. It was the weekend of the British grand prix so he decided to ignore all the signs saying to avoid Silverstone and driver towards Silverstone anyway. The return journey took 5 and a half hours because of this. I had to use my Google maps to direct him out. The booking side if things was mostly excellent and people were helpful. but the company you used for the job was unprofessional and Unhelpful.

The day ran smoothly, journey's on time, pick up / drop off etc... I didn't actually travel with the team as I came separately from London, but there were no issues with the actual journeys. The only comment was that the driver was a little on the serious side :) Thanks again

Liaised with Maria Marasco from the start. Immediately knew I was dealing with a very efficient and professional individual and therefore company. Took down details of my requirements which were followed up with an email confirmation soon after. Coming from a large company, settlement of the invoice was not straight forward (due to our finance procedures). Payment was made prior to the event, but took a little while to sort out (from our side). Excellent service throughout which instilled confidence. On the day, the coach used was in good condition, clean and arrived on time. The collection later that evening was also efficient and the driver patient, as there were a few stragglers. Exceptional company which I will gladly use again & recommend. Thank you

Very easy organizing the trip with Coachhire - helpful and efficient staff & booking process. - The driver down was fine - polite & friendly. Arrived on time and had no problems getting us there. - The return driver was 20 min late (which was fine as we were having fun dancing). Because he was late, it took us approx 15-20min to round everyone up again to depart. He then nearly fell asleep at the wheel twice - veering over the center line and one of our passengers had to yell at him to correct his course. - On dropping us off, he told me there would be a cost for the half an hour we were late returning - since he was 20 min late to arrive, I think that is a bit extreme and I asked him to have the office speak to me about this. I have never had any contact.

This company is very good and reliable. Some drivers can be quite rude but others can be really interactive with the customers on their journey. But overall, I would recommend. I haven't used any other coach company since I have used coachhire.com.

When booking the coach the team couldnt be more helpful and I felt really happy with my choice. However the executive mini bus that came to collect us was anything but executive. It was v old and dirty with a door that the driver struggled to open. The driver was 30 minutes late collecting us on day one and then chose to use the M1 instead of M40 to london which made us 15 minutes late to our venue. The same dirver collected us for our return journey, this time he was an hour late. Again he chose the M1 for the journey taking our travel time from 3 hours to closer to 4. He then complained that he would be late for his next pickup!!!

I was left to organise the coach for a family day out at Ascot. Having got a quote from two other firms previously, I did the typical man thing, let it float and not make the booking. When it came to booking the coach 3-4 days before the event, unsurprisingly there were not many coaches available. In a blind panic, and fearing the wrath of my girlfriend I searched Google and expected to pay a premium just to get a coach and avoid being in the doghouse. CoachHire.com were not only able to provide a coach with a driver at such short notice, but were £75 cheaper than my previous quote. Very impressed. Thanks for saving my bacon!

Great service throughout the booking, and tho unable to change my request at last minute were VERY impressive with how they managed to supply alternative transport when the original coach broke down en route to collect us. Great team, will book again in the fiture

This is the second time that I have used Coachhire.com and it has always been an easy experience and they have provided a coach that meets my requirements. Only thing I would say is that it would be good if they could give you more information about the coach that you will be getting at the time of booking and more than 24 hours before you get the driver details. Other than that it is a great service and has always provided a competitive price. Thanks!

Won't be using this service again as customer service wasn't great. After our bus broke down on the way to picking us up coach hire basically told me there wasn't an alternative so in the end we had to arrange our own taxi's from Blackpool to Newcastle. They refunded us part of the money but this didn't cover the full cost of the taxi's. The staff left us waiting for calls which didn't come, I had to constantly ring them back to find out what was happening after the initial call telling us that the coach had broke down. We then had to wait till 4:55pm for the refund to go back in to my account when the operater told me it would take at the most 30 minutes at 3:15pm. On the way home the coach eventually arrived 20 minutes late, and I think that the bus was older than my grandad! Poor on every level. Stick to company that you know, at least you know they'll look after you.

The driver got lost and took 3 hours to drive 40 miles, without any traffic. After 1 1/2 hours he ended up further away from our destination than before we set off!

This company is a complete joke, they accepted my booking and I paid in full for a wedding party round trip from home to church and back. I confirmed and had email confirmation of my booking. On the day the driver who took us said he was not the one picking up at midnight. I spent the whole day organising return transport with them and they had the most outrageous cheek to ask for more money which I had to pay to ensure we could get home. At 10pm I luckily got a phone call, luck cos we were in a remote area, to be told the driver could not pick us up now and to organise our own taxis ! What company does this ? Why did they not phone taxi firms themselves ? I am in the process of getting a full refund but I am sure I should be owed a lot more in compensation. Really think twice before you book wit this company.

As my previsour review upto the point of taking your deposit and accepting your booking service was great......... from that point on its terrible and that is being kind ! Only response you get is when posting review on trust pilot, this happened within minutes yet all my calls and email never responded to. This left me feeling concerned that our party would actually reach the Airport for our flight, call received within minute of review was full of apologies and reassurances that everything is fine, all down to problems with their emails/booking system and voicemails !!! Was promised a call from their provider ?? Was under the impression that they had own drivers not true they sub the work out. Surprise surprise no phone call no email. I have now cancelled this booking and would rather lose my deposit than trust this lot with anything !!! Funny how I am still getting emails from their operations team chasing me for payment and threatening to cancel my booking, further lack of communication.
