I booked a 29 seater to take our hen party to newquay cornwall this weekend. All of the girls were impressed by the luxurious vehicle & the driver Kevin was great. No complaints whatsoever, he was on time & laid back & accommodating to our needs throughout. Will definitely recommend!

Coach hire are OK, but the "luxury" coach we paid for was more like a 20 year old banger. Still, at least the toilet worked. But at £700, that's a very expensive toilet visit! Think Coach Hire might want to revisit what they class as luxury.

The coach driver was fabulous, very accommodating, friendly, on time and a great travelling experience. However coach hire wasnt so great. They were very good until we said we would book by card the next day. The man we spoke to gave his direct number for ease of booking the next day but when we tried the number it just rang out and no one answered. After ringing the reception number we found out the man was actually on holiday that day and we only just got out booking in. When I tried to ring the 24 hour number (after the office closed) it just rang out on a number of occasions and if it wasnt for the coach driver we would have been stuck. Would recommend the coach driver but not the company.

I hired the minibus for my son's wedding to transport the brides' family to the ceremony and then to the reception. The booking was very simple and straightforward and someone rang me to confirm all the details, and everything went very smoothly. The minibus arrived on time and I was very pleased. I will certainly use the booking service again and would recommend to other people. Thank you.
