I used this company to transport a wedding party of 20 people in a mini-coach. The booking team were helpful, informative and accurate. I had to email them a couple of times with small changes/queries to my booking and they responded quickly and efficiently. The coach was exactly to our specification, arrived in good time, clean and tidy. The driver was pleasant and friendly. I would definitely use this company again. The price charged was the cheapest of 6 quotes that I obtained.

From the booking to when we returned home the service was better than first class.

The booking experience was straightforward and the telephone staff were helpful. The group was 9 people and a minibus was requested. I didn't book immediately but was called back and informed that the vehicle would be a Mercedes Sprinter with tables and full leather as an upgrade. The vehicle that turned up however was a Ford Transit minibus. No doubt we were given the "upgrade" to encourage us to book so I wouldn't be taken in by this if booking through them again. The driver on the outward journey arrived on time and it was a pleasant trip with no problems. Similarly, when we returned, the minibus was at the airport when we landed but initially I was told to walk to a pick up point which was 20 minutes away! The driver eventually agreed to pick us up where we had been dropped off as had been agreed. When we got back to our destination I asked if he drop could drop two people off separately in the village, which would result in a maximum 800 metre detour. He became somewhat agitated and said that it wasn't in the contract. I did point out that I had mentioned this earlier and stated that I would give him an additional £10 tip if he would agree but obviously he didn't hear me although his co-driver had picked up on this. A bit of a miserable sod really who questioned any advice I gave him as to which was the best route. His co-driver, after consulting his Sat Nav App, was fine and agreed with the suggestions I made mainly staying on a dual carriageway to avoid pinch points on minor roads. The key thing was that the vehicle was on time and sufficient for our purposes; hence the 3 stars. Probably would have been 4 stars but for the attitude of the driver on the return journey.

Very good experience with coachhire admin team throughout, but unfortunately the coach arrived on the day late to pickup our guests to transport to our wedding venue ahead of our wedding ceremony. As a result the wedding ceremony was delayed not due to the bride arriving late but our guests!

Our Driver Mike turned up earlier than advised which was great as we were running to a tight timescale. Made the trip up to London without any fuss and dropped us of right by our destination of the London Eye and Thames cruisers in plenty of time. Arranged to meet in the same place he dropped us at for our return journey, and as promised he was there waiting for us. We had an unscheduled drop on the way back to drop a few people off at the hotel before going on to our original starting destination, but this was no problem at all. All in all a good friendly service and very reliable. Would use again without a doubt
