I found out after you were booked that it was quite a costly hire. The driver did not have a clue where we were going and even had the incorrect postcode.

Coach was on time, driver very friendly. We had all driver details prior to our event. They knew exactly where they were going and they even allowed us to be picked up early as we finished earlier than expected. The drive was smooth too. Will defo use again

I booked a coach to take my daughter and 15 of her friends to a club for her 18th birthday recently. I was a bit concerned because it was really well priced, less than half of what a mini-cab company had quoted me so I expected it to go wrong but it didn't! We were sent the coach drivers details so made contact with him during the day just to make sure he knew where he was going and guess what - he turned up on time, took them there and then picked them up on time too! Brilliant! My daughter said the driver was polite and had a laugh with them (not easy with a bunch of excitable 18 year olds) and it all turned out really well. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

A good driver, Kevin John, accommodating, calm and humane. Unfortunately, the coach was unbearable ans rubbishwhen the temperature becomes a bit higher, like normal temperature in summer. The air conditioner(AC) was nothing to talk about. It blows like mouse breathing, we almost have casualties due to suffocation. I was forced to call the coach service provider on our way back to London regards all this complain.I think the coach is unrecommended to long journey during summer. Also the idea of No Eating in the coach seems unhuman to me. Any coach company charge base on full insurance and services Why on the road travelling, you are not allowed to eat your take aways. This particular coach services are all fluke, in exception of the driver. I demand a compensation for all inconveniences. Thanks

Excellent quality service, on time, very reasonably priced. Helpful staff and two great coaches, driver details supplied prior to departure. Highly recommend and will certainly use Coach hire again. In fact we have two more coach trips for this year and we have already made contact re. the booking.

Coach Hire proved to be reliable and competitively priced. The service from initial enquiry to delivery of the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Trip to Luton generally worked well, the coach turned up on time and driver was helpful. It was a hot day and only windows that would open were in front. We crawled around M25 for an hour because of an accident. Temperature towards back of coach was uncomfortably high. Driver said he would pick us up on return journey but had been given completely wrong day and time by his office. On return journey we had to wait about 40 minutes (until 11.30pm so everyone was tired after longish flight) for coach to arrive because junction of M1 was closed. This time one of side windows would not close properly, creating a cold draught as it was chilly. In my view driver left Bristol too late to pick us up (he said he left at 8.30pm to pick up flight that landed at 10.35pm at Luton. Bottom line was that we got there and back safely and the overall cost was reasonable. However it was not without its hassles and I would give it 5/10 overall.

They were prompt, polite, helpful and on the journey the driver even joined in with the group to make an enjoyable journey.

I booked this coach for my hen do to the dogs. I'm always very weary of companies that are taking you somewhere! In case they don't show up!! When I first booked with this company they were the best value for money and Vickey the assistant was so helpful answering all my questions. We had a lovely driver and I called him half hour before pick up and he advised he was stuck in a little traffic (which was good in a way because some of the girls were as well). He was only five minutes late but called me to say he'd arrived! Then he called when he was outside right on time might I add! We all got on the bus and headed back to Town, he was a diamond! He dropped us all off safely and I will be using this company again! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for getting us there and back safely! See you again very soon! Ashleigh :)

all i'm going to say is our coach was over an hour late therefore ruining what was a nice stag weekend in Liverpool I do have another 3 stag weekends to arrange and i'm pretty sure I wont be using this company again

From start to finish the experience was brilliant. Customer service and communication was great and our driver on the day couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. All of the guests commented on this. Would 100 percent recommend.

I would definitely recommend CoachHire.com. I was sent a text with the driver's name and number on a few days before the trip so that I could contact him directly if I needed to, communication with the driver on the day was very good and he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, the coach was clean and comfortable and the driver was ready and waiting to pick us up for the return journey. The driver was also very friendly and helpful.

I am generally unaccustomed to hiring transportation and as such sought out a number of quotes. Coach hire was less than half of the highest estimste we received. The coach itself arrived on time was in good condition and the driver was clearly capable and very personable. Should the need arise to organise coach transport again I would not hesitate to use this firm again.

The service received from Coach Hire and the driver (Sara) was exceptional. The booking process was easy. I had to make a change to the booking after I had made it and that was easy too. I'd never used the service before and was a bit anxious but Sara turned up at the appointed time and even called before hand to confirm address. The minibus was modern and comfortable. I cannot fault the service and would recommend to anyone.

The bus arrived about 20 minutes late at the airport. The driver was as polite as you can expect and knew his way around everything. The transit was comfortable and speedy, all to our satisfaction. The return travel was excellent. The hire company was extremely professional. Will use the same arrangement next time.

I got to where I wanted to go and returned on time. The driver was helpful and accommodating - from that perspective (admittedly the most important) everything was fine. However, i was promised the contact details of the driver/company the day before travel - they never came. I tried to ring up all day Friday (27th April) and couldn't get through. I left messages that were not returned and ultimately if hadn't worried about this previously and asked who the bus company was in advance. We would have been in limbo, with no defined pick up point or contact if any problems occurred. As I knew the company I ended up making contact with them myself around 4pm to confirm things. Fortunately, everything was in place and I confirmed the pick up spot. I don't belief myself making contact with the company is the service you advertise to either the customer or the bus company and in reality it defeated part of the object of using a broker. That said, I was able to book a bus for our needs at relatively short notice using your service and everything went to plan. It might have been different had I followed your process! Lastly, sales guys and operational staff were all incredibly helpful.
