This company is fantastic. Very good value for money. The minibus was fab and the driver was very friendly. For a all female group its always good to have a male driver that you feel comfortable with and Konrad was definitely one of those. Will definitely use konrad and this company again!!

Had a superb experience with Coach Hire! Good customer service and manageable payment plans... The driver was lovely and tolerated a noisy hen party very well! Lovely clean vehicle and great timing and gave us the opportunity to text where we would like picking up and what time. Would definitely use this reliable service again.

Booked a minibus for a work party and minibus arrived on time for leaving the venue. The minibus driver was extremely pleasant and didnt have any problems with a rowdy bunch or blokes on the way to newbury! Knew where he was going aswell. Couldnt ask for better service!! Definately using again

Absolutly fantastic from start to finish coach was early to pick up cheerleaders the coach driver was lovely made toilet stops for the girls and nothing was to much trouble for him the coach left before the girls got the results from the compatition so one of the mums had their phone on loud speaker when the girls heard they had come first they were so excited the bus driver had to make a stop till they calmed down lol the coach arrive back at 1 in the morning and the coach driver was still smiling would recomend

I booked through coach hire for a party of 15 travelling on a return journey from Birmingham to Newcastle with an additional pick up and drop off in Coventry. The whole experience from booking through to the journeys themselves was first class. The coach was spacious enough for people to leave their bags at the back of the vehicle. Special mention has to go to Roy our driver who was fantastic and the feedback from the whole party was how accommodating he was...even agreeing to come up to Newcastle earlier on the Sunday for the return journey. Thanks coach hire and thank you Roy!!!!!

I didn't get a text the night before to confirm details as I was told. - I tried to ring the company 10 times on the day to make sure everything was okay, I couldn't get a answer. -After 3 phone calls during the week to confirm pick up points, the mini bus went to the wrong place. -When the bus finally got to us it was late. -The driver was given the wrong address. -The driver didn't know where he was going and had to be shown the route. - The bus driver stated when he picked us up that the return journey will be late for our pick up. - I gave the driver our phone when he asked for it so that the return driver could ring us for a pick up time, that never happened. - I rang at the pick up time to see where the bus was and was told, that they didn't know where the bus was.

Booking the coach on line was easy. Communication from coach hire was friendly and quick, useful to have phone calls as well as email. The coach booked arrived on time and in a clean condition. The driver was pleasant and courteous and kept me informed of updates. Would definitely use again

It wasn't a straight-forward job; loads of camping equipment to go underneath and lots of passenger bags. Despite this several companies tendered and I ended up with a super coach company with lovely drivers. I knew it was a fair price, As I had no direct contact with the coach company I was worried they wouldn't turn up - but I was given an emergency number and of course I didn't need it as they were early both times.

Although the price was very good comparing to other companies, the service provided during the journey did let you down as the driver who was driving us back on Sunday was impatient and would not hand the toilet key to us stating that the reason being was that the toilet was blocked and the most interesting thing was that we used the same coach on Friday evening and the toilet was fine. That was unacceptable as we had many young children with us in the coach and even if the toilet was blocked he should have sorted it out before leaving to pick us up.

Very happy with them, the only downside was driver went on the wrong way in the beginning, but apart from that, everything else was great. We willwill book with them again next year

We booked a mini 16 seat coach for my daughters hen party trip to edinburgh last week, your driver Roy was brilliant !! he made sure all arrived very happy and safe... Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted a coach on Sat 16th May to take 43 ladies to my daughters hen night venue about 20 miles away. After ringing around various coach companies with out much joy I came across this company. I was a bit concerned about booking through an agent, but they were great, they emailed me the names and phone number of our driver the day before, he then rang me at the pick up time to say he was there. He was polite and a good driver, was punctual at the return time of 1am, would definitely use them again.

The coach was on time bigger than we expected which was great plenty of rooms the drivers on outbound and homebound journeys were brilliant very polite and professional friendly I have to say it couldn't have gone better thankyou

Brilliant service, coach driver was extremely friendly, helpful, early and considerate. Tickets for theme park were appropriately sent and delivered on time. No hassle required. There was no problem with the service and I will definitely be using this company again for our next trip to Woburn Safari and Thorpe Park!

Hired a coach for my 6 years old with her friends to celebrate her birthday party at coral reef Bracknell. We were shocked to find out that the toilet was out of order and so the coach driver had to stop mid way for kids to wee on the highway. Secondly coach was over heating and coach driver had to stop again for few mins for it to cool down. The driver was friendly but the coach was rubbish for £499. The CD player was not working the journey was less fun. I could have gotten a normal bus from TFL for less will never use this company again.
