Booking and payment arrangements were expertly handled by the company representative Luke Dolan, accommodating changes to arrangements without difficulty. The coach trip taking a party of eleven American tourists and one Scottish friend travelled from Edinburgh to St Andrews and on to Pitlochry. The travel arrangements were flexible with the coach driver suggesting durations of times spent sightseeing and times moving on. The coach driver also forwarded interesting facts on places visited. All passengers enjoyed a lovely trip on a cold but pleasant day.

Our driver Keith was on time, polite and very courteous. The mini-bus was comfortable and Keith complied with all requests for heating changes, comfort stops and sound level of the radio. We will definitely use CoachHire.com again for our needs

I was a little worried about using Coach Hire for our trip to Twickenham from Hove, however from booking to the actual day everything was perfect. Driver was on time and very helpful, he got us there in plenty of time. We arranged a place to meet a couple of hours after the game and he was on time and yet again very helpful. On the return journey he dropped everyone off very close to there homes. Great day out and nine very happy punters. Cheers

The driver was very prompt. The only slightly negative comment would be that his routing was ........ unusual. We had to advise on which lanes of traffic to be in. However we didn't have any issues and arrived at our destination in good time.

I booked the coach on behalf of my homeowners who were travelling from our retirement development to the theatre. They have all said how comfortable and clean the vehicle was. I ordered a mini bus for a group of eleven Guides. From my first enquiry, through booking and the on the day the service has been excellent. Hana, who I spoke to on the telephone, was very helpful, the email confirmation was quick, Michelle, our driver was excellent. I would look to book again and recommend to other Guide Leaders.

I contacted coach hire a year prior to our hen party of 27 girls. They were excellent on price and beat any other company I had previous quotes from. We kept in contact easily throughout the year via email and phone calls and the customer service was brilliant. Our driver was so lovely and managed to put up with 27 loud girls on a hen party! He turned up on time both times that he picked us up and got us to our location safely and on time. I would 100% recommend coach hire to anyone and will certainly use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from coachhire.com. I was "warned" by another company that I had made a mistake by choosing them and that they would let me down and emailed me bad reviews of them in an attempt to get my business at four times the price coachhire.com had given me. I stuck to my guns and pleased I did. Right from the first phone call with Dennis to the driver, Anil, it was a friendly and very efficient service. The driver was a whizz in London and knew all the back routes to avoid the heavy traffic to get us to our destination on time. Would highly recommend.

My experience of coach hire was brilliant. First of all the price was very reasonable and better than I had thought. All the details were confirmed to me via email as soon as I had booked. I received a telephone call from my driver on the morning to introduce himself and confirm the pick up time. Overall a fantastic experience with the company and would definitely recommend to friends and use in the future.

Got us there and back. But couldn't find us to start with, and in our opinion could have chosen a better route. When I booked I asked for an 8 seater. I was offered a 10-14 seater for the same price so we could take more passengers if needed. We did offer to take 2 more people, to which they accepted, but cancelled at the last minute. Good job they did as only an 8 seater turned up.

We used this company for a wedding pick up and drop off. The pre sales guy was helpful and friendly but unfortunately they have been completely let down by the driver. Our outbound driver had no idea of how to get to our destination. A basic requirement I would suggest. My husband had to use his own sat nav and direct. The driver was rude and unfriendly and based on him I would never recommend or use them again. I also contacted them after to ask if we had left something on the return trip. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing back.

The minibus driver was great, he couldn't do enough for us, he was especially helpful with my brother who is a wheelchair user. The minibus on the other hand was not good, there was rubbish on the floor n dirty tissues and tins of food under the seats. Most of the seatbelts didn't work those that did were too small to wear, they were not adjustable. So we had a 5 hour trip on the motorway with no belts on. If we had requested another minibus we would have been late or even missed our appointment. There was no leg room to sit comfortably, we thought we were being picky but my daughter in law who is 5 feet 4 inchs tall also said it was tight. I must stress the driver was great. Coach hire were also great and the lady that dealt with our hire was so nice n friendly. First time we've used this company and would use use them again.
