We have used Coach Hire 2 years in a row and both times they have been reliable, on time and friendly. Always helpful from making a booking to when the driver drops you off, would definitely recommend!

Booking the coach was easy and our contact was very helpful with making the arrangements however the issue arose with the actual provider; - They did not confirm pick up point 24 hours in advance and became annoyed we couldn't identify the coach - The changed the bus on the return journey to a much smaller coach without notifying us and we had individuals who have difficulty travelling and need this information in advance - The driver (both journeys) was rather rude and did not seem to have read or understood the terms and conditions of hire - We booked a larger bus and were charged for this but got a smaller bus - usually you pay for what you get and not what the provider feels is easier for them - it's called customer service! - We would not use this company again

The driver (Islam) was really friendly, was dead on time both journeys, kept in contact... Just a really nice guy. The minibus was excellent and clean. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you

Coach hire drivers were always on time. We were picked up upon arrival at Cardiff airport, were taken to one of our activities on the Saturday and picked up to go home on the Sunday. Drivers were always very pleasant. A couple of personal items were left on the buses on each occasion but the driver on the next pick- up always had the items collected for us. Buses could do with a bit of a revamp as on a few occasions we were climbing steep hills in traffic and it felt like the bus was going to quit. All in all though a great company to work with & I will definitely use them again.

We hired an executive coach and didn't get one, we couldn't complain as the driver was 45 minutes late. We were told conflicting stories about why he was late. The drive up was hairy, including driving over a central reservation in London and hitting a curb at 50 MPH on the way back. When asked for compensation, firstly we were lied to (apparently the coach changed to executive on the journey back - uh no it was the same one!) we were offered LESS of a refund than we paid to upgrade to the executive coach in the first place even though we didn't get one. I even had an email back outlining the Ts and Cs. Well this is my pet hate with 'customer service'. If you need to outline Ts and Cs you don't care about your customers, why not ring me? its rubbish, I paid £50 to upgrade to executive and didn't get it so we should have this back and then compensation for being nearly an hour late and lying to us and for the quite frankly wreckless driving. I will be taking this further Coach hire! You had an opportunity when I complained and you have blown it. Sorry I forgot to add that the driver got lost in London, so it took us an hour to get out of London on the way back....

Having done a lot of searches to provide us with coach hire for a junior football tournament in Barcelona last week, we eventually chose coach hire.com due to the professional service along with the "we will pull out all the stops" to make our trip a success. Due to a couple of issues out of the control of Owen & Andrew at couch hire.com they still managed to sort our coach even at the last minute. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would urge others to do the same, we could have used a very slightly cheaper alternative, but I'm so glad we didn't, you certainly get what you pay for with Owen and the rest of the staff who were in daily contact whilst abroad to make sure my girls got to their matches, not only on time but in comfort. Minibus turned up a little bit early both going and coming back. Good communication throughout. Absolutely charming driver Could not ask for better. Would definitely recommend!

The coach arrived bang on time, and the driver was lovely and friendly, even though he probably had had to get up very early to get to us. The driver went above and beyond to make sure our customers were happy throughout the trip, and were well informed. The office staff were very helpful considering how late I was booking the coach for the event, to make sure that we would have a coach, and I can not thank or praise them enough. would recommend everyone uses them

They take your booking and then demand the money . However dont even have coaches booked . Left us with a huge issue as no coaches with week to go DO NOT USE

Overall we had a great day out, helped by having a very friendly driver. He phoned when he arrived near where we were due to meet to confirm the exact location, and was early which allowed us to get going earlier than planned. The journey was pleasant and we were dropped off right outside the theme park. The minibus was ready and waiting when we got back to the rendezvous point, so again we headed off early and arrived home on schedule. So despite my nervousness from not knowing in advance who was actually going to be driving us, the day went well.

The journey going was pleasant and efficient,however the return journey had its problems . Through no fault of his own the driver could not pick us up at the desired location. So after approx 1.5 miles walk in the rain we alighted the car. The driver was non too pleased with the delay and was perturbed that he had been given the wrong address I.e Haslingden not Rawtenstall. He then proceeded to use his mobile phone on several occasions. When asked to stop he proceeded to tut and still carried on. We tried to help him to navigate the best way and he continued to tut.When we eventually arrived all the passengers said thank you and he just drove off not at all a pleasant journey

If it wasn't for your colleague/employee Maria Marasco then I would have thought your company was a tin pot outfit. No one except Maria responds to emails even after emailing on multiple times I then had to call. Maria is the saviour of your business and I hope you pay her handsomely! Please let her train your new employees on how to treat a customer as I think she is the only one who knows how! You need to reassure your customers that you are trust worthy and efficient with good customer service and communication. The service of the bus drivers was great and professional, my only criticism is using a bus 13-15 years old for public transport should not be allowed I know its not in my local borough. I think you should enforce this in your sales policy too. Good luck and thank you Maria!

To be fair the booking of our minibus and tickets to Thorpe Park was handled very well, however the day itself was a disaster thanks in no part to the Coach Hire company. Upon arriving to Thorpe Park we found out that our tickets had not been order, after having to call their office three times they had finally called the box office to order us tickets 40min later and when the person at the ticket office it took another 5min for the Operations Manager to provide me with the card confirmation to backup that the tickets were intended for us. As for the Operations Manager, when you ask to speak to a manager you normally expect someone with experience, more authority, and generally just more of a clue of everything going on the company. However, what I got was what sounded like someone who was on their first day as a trainee. It was a shambles. As for the driver, he got us there and back, just about. Despite spending the entire journey on his phone, calling about 5 different women, nearly hitting the same Range Rover twice and generally driving like a bat out of hell whenever he got the chance, he as a passable. Definately the first and last time our company we use and put faith in the Coach Hire company to organise company days out.

I recently needed to hire a minibus for several ladies from my church to go to Canterbury.I was worried about doing so as I have never done anything like this before.Thank goodness I came across Coachhire.com! They handled the whole transaction for me with speed and efficiency, and all the staff I dealt with were so kind and helpful - keeping me informed of my hiring, and speedily sourcing another bus when the original they had booked broke down the day before. I can wholeheartedly recommend them - no more ringing around different companies and trying to compare quotes - everything done by them.

I found coach hire on-line. From the initial enquiry, they were very informative providing me various quotes. I was looking to arrange a mini bus for 11 from Solihull to London for a black tie event. One thing I did like is that there was no heavy sale, I wasn't bombarded with calls to see if I wanted to proceed with my enquiry. I was left to decide in my own time. Once booked, confirmation was received, closer to the event date I was given the contact number of the actual bus driver. He contacted me to introduce himself and ensure all arrangements were correct. On the day he arrive 10-15 minutes early, he was very accommodating on the journey stopping when required. The driver waited for us until our return, again ensuring our needs were taken into consideration. I will definitely be using the services of Coach Hire again and I would recommend them to others. Thank you to Mike for all his assistance with the booking and a huge thank you to our driver Roy, for his patience and consideration on the day.
