Their customer service is top notch and they have accommodated very well whenever I have had issues. Thank you, Pirate Team, for creating a great place for producers/musicians to work out of, but also for prioritizing customer service on top! We notice! :)

Incredibly frustrating and difficult and had to go through a very unconventional way to book my room - if this is the precedent going forward then i'll have to find an alternative location to pirate studios laurence from customer services was very helpful.

I unfortunately didn't get my item back but I can't fault Pirate in their assistance regarding the matter. Room was exactly as described as usual 👍

This was very useful as I noticed after a recent visit to the Greenwich Studio (Dj room 7), the layout can be very different. I wanted to make sure the layout in Dalston DJ room 5 (a room I'd been in recently) was the same as Dalston DJ room 2 (the booking I'd made.in advance last week)
