Love Pirate Studios. When the studio I was working out of shut down during COVID, Pirate Studios stood as a haven for an uninterrupted work flow. Their customer service is top notch and they have accommodated very well whenever I have had issues. Thank you, Pirate Team, for creating a great place for producers/musicians to work out of, but also for prioritizing customer service on top! We notice! :)

As a first time customer, booking failed multiple times. Incredibly frustrating and difficult and had to go through a very unconventional way to book my room - if this is the precedent going forward then i'll have to find an alternative location to pirate studios laurence from customer services was very helpful.

Had to cancel due to self isolation with only 8 hours until practise. the practise was cancelled and money refunded to the account. So they are trying to help us and everyone in a hard to cope time :)

Left an item in one of the rooms and they were very helpful in helping me find it. Very responsive, empathetic and exhausted all possibilities. I unfortunately didn't get my item back but I can't fault Pirate in their assistance regarding the matter. Room was exactly as described as usual 👍

Fred who helped me with my query, provided me with a 360 view of the Dalston Studios. This was very useful as I noticed after a recent visit to the Greenwich Studio (Dj room 7), the layout can be very different. I wanted to make sure the layout in Dalston DJ room 5 (a room I'd been in recently) was the same as Dalston DJ room 2 (the booking I'd made.in advance last week)

Probably the most convenient and practical rehearsal space in Liverpool, some issues with AC occasionally but still better than anywhere else for small/medium size band rehearsals.

Had a problem with an incorrectly issues parking fine and a member of the Pirate team resolved it very quickly. Really enjoy using the rehearsal rooms and appreciate the proactive and helpful staff.

I enjoy going to Pirate Studios weekly and working on my Podcast Show immensely. There was a situation concerning a fellow podcaster not exiting the Podcast Room at the scheduled time. Fortunately, I was able to contact the chat room on Pirate.com and convey the situation that was occurring during my scheduled podcast slot. Thank you for crediting my account and for creating an awesome workspace for creativos in the South Los Angeles area!

This is the best place to rehearse, so afforable, straight forward, hassle free, equipment always in good condition, closet you can gain access to for spares if you're missing something in the room. Would highly recommend.
