Too expensive but I got it

I didn't get a working tracking number. I was extremely worried that I had been scammed until it showed up at my mailroom.

I personally dislike the way my textbook was packaged; it could have been more properly stored instead of rubber bands to keep the pages together.

First of all...my book did not reach me until 5 days after the 7 days of when it was supposed to have reached me, and then on top of that they tried to cut the length of time that I had paid for from 2 months to a month by harassing me to return the book, they finally extended the time after i complained. I also returned the book 2 weeks earlier than the newer due date and I have the postage proof saying that the book was delivered, but I am still getting emails constantly telling me I need to return the book, regardless of me replying to them with the proof from the post office saying the book was delivered to them already!!!

$11 to restock 1 book? Then I wasn’t able to cancel my order the same day I ordered it because I had to wait until it shipped. I won’t ever order again.

My emails have gone unanswered, my textbook has not arrived, and no resolution in sight. They took my money and ran. Do not buy from them.

The book is pretty new!!

I wasn't told it would be entirely loose leaf and also listed the webSAM as an addition but came in without any code.

The response to the orders was within reason, and my textbook came as expected. So far, I have not had any issues with their process, and I appreciate the drop in price when compared to textbooks offered at my university. I am two for two good on textbook orders.

Do not use this site to rent any books. I rented a school book on 08/06/23 and it's now 08/27/23 and I've yet to receive the book, or get a reply back to my email. When I click to cancel the order it says "Uh oh reload the page," I have tried canceling on multiple devices but I still get the same error message so essentially I have been scammed. They still have my $187 and have had no update on my order. My classes have already started, so I had to buy a digital copy. The least they could do is respond or refund. Use any other company than this to rent a book.
