This is a terrible rental company for books. Don't rent with them! I rented a new textbook and returned it in great condition and they still charged me almost $300 for the textbook. I did not damage it and customer service was unhelpful. It took a few weeks for them to receive the return after I returned it and it was damaged during the return. As a struggling student you should not be responsible for damages sustained during transit that you did not commit. They have a policy where you have to report any damage within 30 days after you receive the book, but this is impossible to do if the damage the book sustained happens AFTER you send it to back to the company. To make matters worse, Knetbooks still charges you another fee to send the book back to you if you want to keep it. Cannot stress this enough, take your money elsewhere! They don't have a customer service phone line either.

The programs that were mentioned in the purchase description was much needed. When I reciwved my order and found out that my programs were not included, I had to drop my class as there were plenty of assignments that I could not do without the program. Very dissapointing and a waste of time. Jeopardized my school record.

Scammers. They charged my cc for the order and they cancelled the order. I am Following up with my cc company to get the money back. I will never deal with them again.

The book shipped pretty quickly after placing my order and the rental fee was cheaper than other book rentals. Also like the flexible rental time frame (semester/quarter/sessions).

The order was not right I ordered a rental textbook and got a shirt in return. How does that even happen? I am just really disappointing and I had way more high hopes.

I ordered an item, paid, and later received an email saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. And that a refund would occur in a few days. So it felt as if I was tricked and my money taken under false pretenses.

My rental was due to be shipped back to the company by June 2nd. So, I print the shipping label and send my book back before the due date, like I’m supposed to. A few days later, I get a text message saying my rental is overdue. I tried to call the phone number they provided for customer service, but when I called it said that the phone number had been disabled. So, I went to their help desk and sent an email asking for help, assuming that my package had gotten lost. No one ever got back to me. They said to wait about two business days for a response, but it’s been about 5 days since then. This morning, I woke up and saw an email saying that I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR THE BOOK! Even after I had shipped it before the due date, and contacted them! Do not rent from these people!! They do not care about whether or not you’re treated fairly and their customer service DOESN’T EXIST !!

I ordered a used book and I like the quality of the book that I received. It looks good as new. Not too many wear a no tears. Would recommend.

Wrong thing was sent, yet no one responded to my emails. What I ordered was titled "with digital access code". There is no code anywhere. I tried emailing multiple times since there is no phone number. No response. I do not need the book, I needed the access code. So now I am out $90 and have a book rented that I do not need. I had to pay another $205 to a site to get the access code. I am disgusted with this site and will be sure to discourage anyone I know from renting from them.

It was cancelled when I initially ordered it, which delayed my studies.
