I still don’t have my book. I paid EXTRA FOR expedited shipping, sent email and tried chatting with “customer service agent” on website. She couldn’t help or tell me when product would arrive, no help. Still no book. Over 10 days ago. I paid for 2 day shipping

They let me buy a book that was listed as in stock but then cancelled the order saying they couldn’t find a vendor for the book. They they kept my service fee. This felt like a scam.

I received my biology book, however, it is in pretty rough shape. It came wrapped in rubber bands with the first few pages torn, and ripped at the edges to where it will not stay in the 3 ring binder. I do realize it is a rented, used book but I did expect it to be in better shape for the amount of money it was to rent it.

This company is extremely predatory. Do NOT order a text book from this company!!! Not only was I charged more for my order than what it said at check out, $15 more, mind you. Upon realizing I could get it for cheaper through chegg, I returned the book to knetbooks within the return policy period to get a refund. However, now I have been getting harassed by this company saying my rental is due! And if I dont return it soon then I will have to pay full price for the book. I have since emailed them several times with the tracking saying it was delivered to them over a month and a half ago & I still have not received my refund. They have yet to reply back to me. And there is no phone number to be found for them anywhere! Terrible predatory company!!!
