Knetbooks is a nightmare to deal with. There is absolutely no way to reach a real person regarding orders being put on hold for no reason, email is the only option and it took 2 days for a response. I asked for my money refunded since they delayed my order and the “customer service” email 2 days later said “your order has been cancelled and money is being refunded”. Yet, 2 days after THAT, I received an email that my books were ready to be shipped!!!! Again, I emailed and demanded an immediate refund and to not send these books. That was over a week ago. Zero contact from anyone! I received the two books this week (late) and I have taken full picture and video of both books to have evidence of their condition upon my receipt and will be doing the same when they are returned. I have read hundreds of reviews about people going through similar issues with Knetbooks and being charged hundreds of dollars upon returning the rentals claiming the condition was poor. This site is clearly set up to take advantage of and scam those of us working hard to continue our educations while struggling to pay full price for textbooks! I have contacted the better business bureau and my family attorney because I refuse to allow this sham of a company continue to steal money. The biggest red flag is that you cannot contact ANYONE to assist with anything! Absolutely will be spreading the word on all social media platforms to stay far away from Knetbooks and ensure that they can’t continue their shady business actions and utter lack of a legitimate contact regarding basic customer service needs and issues. It’s impossible to believe that this “business” is anything other than questionable.

Ordered a book but it wouldn’t ship to Hawaii. So I put my moms shipping address instead (which is my permanent address). Got a confirmation email and was charged. Then I got a cancellation email saying I was flagged by their security. I wrote customer service asking to please process my order. Customer service wrote me back with a generic email and used poor wording mentioning “fraud” on my order and to wait 5-7 days for my refund. I gotta study now. Shouldn’t have used this company.

Book came quickly. This site is the least expensive, but amazing service. I am worried because the front cover was torn, but it will be great for my daughter to study for her high school college class.
