INSTALLATION WAS WELL ORGANISED BY THE DIFFERENT TEAMS. SINCE MY WALLS WERE 3' THICK THE APP SIGNAL WAS POOR AND FIRM ADVISED THE INSTALLATION OF A BOOSTER FROM BT. ALL WAS EXCELLENT: VERY PLEASED.

Nearly all the staff apart from 2 are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They appear to be thorough in their job. If you have any issues they are resolved promptly. Not quite sure if the system is 100% as not operating the way we were told by the salesman. We have not received a penny for the the electricity we export as yet (nearly a year)

Communication could be better and it would benefit the firm to work on that. I run my own business so I know a bit about it. But they have reacted to a couple of minor issues. The technicians have been good in their attendance and easy to deal with nice guys. happy with the installation and on-site service

Eco Energy were very good from the first point of contact right through to job completion. Staff very attentive and knowledgeable. The roofers installing the panels were good and got my array exactly centered as requested. The electricians were also very good. I was quite particular where i wanted the cable run in from the attic down to the consumer unit. The guys did it exactly how I asked. Stephen Martin

From day one the staff at Eco Energy have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of their guidance from initial discussions to install of my panels today. It has been a pleasure to deal with a company who are all pulling in the same direction and keen to help.

Customer service variable: initial visit was thought to be sound but it appeared that the correct information was not passed to the next team; some emails were not badged & did not appear to be from official company; kept contacting to change installation date despite clear discussion to contrary due to work schedule (we deliberately booked 2 months in advance); no response to after care email requesting call back to discuss issues - having paid when requested, no one seems interested. Panel installation team: arrived 2 days early to install in the dark so they could go home, damaged garden lights with ladder, array not installed as plans & not visually balanced. Electricians: batteries not the size/kWh ordered & not installed in place agreed as apparently they usually have the panel installation installed team to help manoeuvre; IT not as or where previously discussed; fell through bedroom ceiling whilst in loft space (luckily no one was hurt) & basic repairs done after a visit to the local B&Q. Not the experience promised!

Overall experience was excellent. Administration of the purchase and after sales assistance re paperwork could not be faulted. Workmen were very professional and ensured that there was no mess.

Installers were fast and efficient. Explained the system to us, which was easy to understand. Left a number if we had problems.Highly recommend this company.

While my panels battery pack and EV charger was being installed. I have other work happening. And the eco energy team worked well to make it work out I have use of both battery and EV and glad I picked ECO energy to complete the works

Cannot fault the service so far other than the delay with the DNO documentation which is not a fault of Eco Energy and their team.

The company were very efficient. The sales person was very helpful and the men who installed the panels were very good and explained it all to us. We would highly recommend this company and so glad we took the plunge to install the panels. No mess was left so all was good.

Eco-Energy were very honest and informative in all of our communication, giving a thorough run down of the process/proposed installation both over the phone and in person when surveying our property. They were understanding when we had delays with our HES application, and even brought forward our installation date when a free slot became available. The installation itself was completed in one day.

My wife and I have been very pleased with Eco Energy. They attended when they said they would, they did the installation work quickly, quietly, and with a minimum of disruption, and have since speedily responded to any queries we have raised with them.

Initial enquiry with Gavin who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Signed up and the installation team arrived the following Monday. The Electrician was excellent as I wanted the inverter and battery in a cupboard which he managed to do after a bit of work as it was not straight forward. The full installation was completed and working at 16.30 .The full team were excellent and would definitely recommend them . Cheers well done.

It was smooth and no hassle from quote to install. I was concerned at first as there delivery was better than any other company, but all great in the end. The team turned up when the said, in fact started some of the work a day early.
