Whole process takes longer than expected but apart that all was great.

Following initial enquiry : from the technical salesperson to all personell involved in the installation I found them to be knowledgeable , skilled , pleasant and timeous . All were at pains to explain their work and were happy to answer my questions regarding the installation itself and its subsequent operation . Given current my experience I should be content to engage Eco Energy in any future project should the need arise .

The sales person was pleasant and offered an honest sales pitch. The paperwork was very daffy but there was always someone available to help and guide me if I was unsure. The installation was efficient and quick. There was good communication of time of arrival and time required yo complete the job.

I am very satisfied with the work done. Solar panel and battery installed. installers cleaned up after themselves quickly and effectively. Staff is available to help when needed.

The installation on the 20th April 2023 was completed smoothly in just one day. The benefits were noticed almost immediately and resulted in using far less electricity during the Summer months. Obviously the shorter days of Winter mean less benefit, although on sunny days the panels do help.

Very helpful from start to finish with good lines of communication. Whole system was installed ahead of time and completed in less than a day. Tradesmen were very friendly, efficient & tidy. Technical aspects were very well explained & demonstrated.

Very helpful salesperson, advised what we needed. Installed quickly and with little mess. I had 10 panels, inverter and one storage battery. Could have done with this being linked to the hot water tank, which would have stopped us sending power back to the grid. I then purchased a second battery, which meant that we sent less back to the grid.

We were kept well informed about delivery of the panels and the electrical installation. The panel installers were tidy and installed all our panels (25) in less than a day. Electrical installation was exceptionally tidy. All in all we are delighted with our experience - it could not have been better!

Chloe, the sales representative was very professional and honestly highlighted the benefits of solar panel and battery systems. The company were only responsible for installing the storage battery as we had previously had panels installed. They gave me a very good deal on the battery and have been very helpful ever since,particularly with handling the new version of the feed in tarriff with my electricity supplier.
