From quoting to install everything went very smoothly. My only minor grip was the install date was somewhat later than originally quoted but the company they did bring the date forward at the end. The installers were excellent and without prompting when the install ran over a 2nd day due to the weather they came the 2nd day very promptly to complete the works, The paperwork was also very quickly processed and issued. All in all a very satisfied customer.

We had solar panels installed in July 2022. All of your staff from Jason, the salesperson, to the fitters were very professional, friendly and informative. Communication from head office was swift and dependable. Any snags were quickly dealt with, eg- the inverter had to be replaced within 1 day of installation; the inverter & batteries had to be housed in a downstairs cupboard rather than the suggested attic space. We were not advised of the additional cost of bird-proof netting in the initial quote but we agreed to it with the fitters. All in all, a great job. My partner who is an estate agent, has recommended your company to any of his clients who are interested in solar panels.

Friendly team, efficient and tidy installation of our solar panels, invertor and battery. Good communications with helpful office team. Only problem was in obtaining authorisation for my SEG which was also down to my utility supplier. Delays at the start due to lack of suitable inverter and battery but once installation started no issues with the installation. Really good team for the panel and electrical installation.

We had a solar & battery system installed and all the tradesmen & office staff were excellent. We had a bit of a hiccup getting the G99 approval from SPEN so the install was a bit delayed a but Eco-energy were really flexible and the installation was smooth even though the roof top bit was further delayed by high winds. We also initially got a faulty inverter which the installation team identified and it was replaced in a couple of days. Since the install I've contacted the team with a few queries about the system and have still had great service even after it's all been paid for.

Happy with my new solar panels, Nathan came out and went over all the info and broke it all down for us and worked out exactly what type of system we needed!! Extremely happy with it and even more happy that my bills are now a lot lower!!!
