Great experience from start to end! The guys walked me through the whole process as I had loads of questions and still at this point if a have any queries in regards to my system there more than happy to assist!

We were very pleased with the sales and the installation team. These guys were very nice, friendly and professional. The big problem came once we discovered a bit of damage had been done to the Velux windows we gave on our roof. We know accidents can happen and are not looking to put blame, rather we just want it repaired as when it rains there is water coming in through them. These windows have been in for nearly 3 years and have only leaked since the panels were put in. We had heard a clatter but thought nothing of it till the rain started coming in. We have phoned on many occasions but no one calls back. We have also emailed and sent photos of the damage but no one responds. The only answer that I got from Eric was that he was going to frame my photos and hang the on his wall!! Not very professional in my eyes!! Update on our experience. Despite many phone calls, most of which were unreturned, we are still waiting for the damage to our Velux window to be fixed. In the meantime a basin under the window to catch the rain coming in is a permanent feature in our bathroom. On the 15 th November a team arrived to perform the repair as they had been rained off another job. As we had not been informed of this visit we were not at home, therefore the job could not be carried out. After a phone call to eco energy we were told that if there was a team in the area and they became available they would call us and come to do the repair. On Thursday 24th November we had a call to say someone would be with us at 1 pm. As we’re not staying at home we made the 10 mile journey to be there. At 2.30 there was another call to say they wouldn’t manage but would definitely be there 9am on Friday. In the meantime we had arranged for a neighbour to move his camper van and car from his drive to allow access to the window. On Friday another 10 mile journey to be home for 9am. At 10.30 we phoned to check if the team were coming to be told he was away on another job in the opposite direction. Call to eco energy was told the case was going to passed on to managing director who would call us back. Alas no phone call. What constitutes a job worth visiting? What constitutes a phone call worth returning? I’ve no doubt I will hear from someone tomorrow!!

What can I say besides WOW? Eco Energy panels have been placed in my home. Eco Energy, in my opinion, is excellent. They have the best salespeople, customer service representatives, installers, and technicians I have ever worked with. Because they go above and beyond to assist you. I'm over the moon with the panels they installed for me.

Very poor experience. I think their work model is far from retaining customers or attaining a good reputation but rather hit or miss and then they forget about it. The worst company I have dealt with. The Good: They respond quite fast initially when a quote is requested, but read below. The Bad: Everything else in my opinion. I Signed a contract with them and paid a deposit of £3750 for 6 KW solar panels and battery back in Feb -march 22, They market themselves as being HIES registered, but it meant nothing as they did not register my agreed job, which is in violation of the HIES scheme. To make the long story short, they wanted to impose cheaper panels and when I objected and asked them to honour the signed and confirmed contract, they kept wasting time with different excuses that they are still ordering the panles that we agreed on, or that they are still waiting for the battery....etc. They did not respond to most of my many emails I requested cancellation as I believe that they have breached the contract and they wanted to deduct £800 for their "losses!!" and the rest of deposit would be £2950 to be paid within 30 days according to their policy. I accepted just to avoid further hassle and it has been more than 60 days and the money has not been paid and again they are not responding to my emails. I withdrew my acceptance for a reduced deposit. Legal action is underway for full refund and compensation. Below is my response to their "reply" on 14/11/2022 We are going through the legal route for this:YES, I INITIATED THAT TO RECOVER MY MONEY We have provided a service to you: FALSE, NO SERVICE PROVIDED as stated above, you cancelled while our men were at your property: FALSE, I REQUESTED CANCELLATION AFTER MANY MONTHS OF NON FULFILLMENT OF THE CONTRACT. with works completed: FALSE, NO WORK INITIATED, AND THERFORE NOTHING COMPLETED. and kit we cannot return: NOTHING INSTALLED AT MY HOME. , we have tried to come to an amicable resolution which has been unsuccessful: FALSE, THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY MANY EMAILS AND MY MANY ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. We apologise for the issues you have endured however what you have written above is factually incorrect:I SUMBITTED THE EVIDENCE FOR MY CLAIMS TO THE COURT. We hope to have this resolved soon via proceedings:SURE

Great service from start to finish had survey to give me all information needed for solar panels and installation went smoothly would highly recommend thank you.
