The refund service was swift. I did have to provide a Doctor's report to prove the reason for non-attendance, but that's fair enough.

Can’t understand why a VAT receipt was required ? We sent every possible documentation including the confirmation email, obviously dated, and yet the VAT receipt was required as proof of date of purchase . Just seemed a bit of a mission to get the refund

Very poor service - they tried to make every excuse not to pay the refund. My daughter has chickenpox and we couldn’t go to a show, when put forward the claim they emailed three times for different information and even when we provided all those information they claimed it wasn’t enough. I almost gave up on it

Excellent service. I supplied all the required information and the claim went through and was paid within 7 days. Will always use this service when buying theatre tickets. Have recommended it to friends as well.

The site response could be more positive. After the initial claim I wasn’t filled with confidence. The wording left me feeling I wouldn’t get paid out. I was asked for further information a few days later but again. No email confirming it had been received. 3 days later I was paid out. Think overall the process needs to be tailored so that the claimant is left feeling confident. Remember we are already disappointed or even upset that we are missing the concert. A little reassurance would go a long way.

Really poor experience with this company. I have a particular diagnosis and on the day of the event, my symptoms flared and I was somewhat debilitated. I made a claim providing what I considered met the criteria and this was flatly refused with demands for more and more information. I will not be using again.
