However the process wasn’t very quick and could have been simpler, surely all my details are already connected to my order number record that I didn’t need to enter it all again. I was also surprised that there were so many conditions to being able to apply. Thankfully we met the criteria due to severe circumstances, but when booking and opting for ticket protection it wasn’t obvious that there was such a strict list of reasons that would be covered.

United Kingdom | 22 December 2024The procedure is far too complicated. I had to chat with the help line. I had no idea how to convert documents into a pdf file. I have no printer. It cost me £45 to get a doctors certificate so in actual fact I only got a small amount of money back. I had to send my confirmation documents after receiving an access code. Why can you just not accept photos and forwarded e mails of ticket confirmation from the start. So complicated! However once you had received the documents you paid out quickly. I would not use your service if only spending a small amount on tickets. It is honestly not worth the hassle involved.

Due to stormy weather, our train was cancelled, so we couldn’t travel. Train company refunded travel. Very easy to claim a refund for theatre tickets, proof travel cancelled and proof theatre tickets bought. Within 5 days, the refund was paid.

As I had covid, I had a positive covid test and my NHS work ID as evidence I was genuinely poorly. I had my refund within a week direct into my bank. Very promp service.
