The process for requesting a refund was quite easy and the response was quick, far quicker than I expected. Excellent communication in between the request and the response. This is an impressive service!

Excellent service, well worth paying the extra for insurance. Unfortunately due to an accident we could not use our tickets for the show we had booked. I filled in the online form thinking there would be no refund because of small print etc. was pleasantly surprised when I received a full refund in under a week.

Very pleased with service. Fast response to request and got full refund on tickets due to a family bereavement. I would definitely always purchase insurance for theatre tickets as they are expensive and you just don’t know what is round the corner.

Went quite well found it awkward uploading documents, but staff helpful, telling me how to proceed, refund back in bank account minus insurance booking fee paid, thought that should of been paid back.

Refund given due to storm disrupting travel. Quick and easy if you have proof. Took screen shots of the weather warning and travel disruptions. If your ill you need a Dr's note as proof before you can get a refund. Received the refund within 5 days and booked the same show for a few weeks later.. and yes I took out another lot of insurance just incase!

Sadly had to cancel a pantomime due to illness within a week of sending emails back and forth I was given a refund very quickly I was very satisfied with the outcome

For less than £20 you can insure your tickets just in case, and it is worth it. Had booked tickets for BTTF. But the day before my grandson was admitted into hospital. Completely unforseen and out of my control. I put in a claim -initally just photos- and the following day they asked for either discharge summary or doctor letter etc. Provided the former and within 24 hours claim was approved. Funds were in my account the same day! Can't fault them Thank you for your understanding during that difficult time.

I accidentally overbooked by one ticket. I never received an email from secure my booking to state I had purchased insurance for my tickets. I then contacted the theatre to see what they could do for me and was told to go through the insurance. Well unless you’ve got critical illness, dying or dead or caught up in adverse weather and show you have all the necessary paperwork and documents you will not get a refund! In the past I have purchased insurance from see tickets or Ticketmaster that allows you to sell back your ticket with out profit back to them if you are unable to attend the venue and didn’t cost as much . I would never use this service again. To be fair the theatre have given me a voucher to use for another event or show at an ATG theatre

I attached a screenshot of my original purchase when I first requested a refund. A few days later, I was told the attachment was not included (it was). I sent another screenshot and a few days later, I got a response asking for a screenshot the lower half of the confirmation email which I sent. A few days later, I got another email asking me to send a shot of the entire confirmation with my name on it. My name did not appear anywhere on the confirmation email but I sent a screenshot of the entire email. A few days later, I was asked to forward the original email (which I should have been asked for at the beginning) and then I eventually got the refund. This was a lot of unnecessary time on my part and it delayed my ability to book a different set of tickets. Summary: The issue was resolved but not in a timely manner.

So pleased I took this insurance out, cause when the trains were cancelled, although disappointed not to see the show, it meant at least I could get a refund on the tickets. One form to fill out and a refund followed quickly.

I was claiming a refund due to my mother passing away and after sending everything including the order of service I was still hounded for another document. If your system doesn't talk to that of the theatres that you sell your product in conjunction with, that's not my issue, its yours
