The way my issue was dealt with was done in a quick and professional manner.it was easy to complete the refund section on line and any questions I had they were answered quickly I was refunded very quickly back into my account

I made a claim for theatre tickets as I had a fall and was able to attend the theatre. I am 76 and found it difficult to download the information. I did in the end but it was hard as the hospital didn't give me a sick note as I didn't need one. I was paid eventually and am very grateful.
