Very intense and rewarding course. Nice balance of classroom based theory and practical objectives. Instructors are very knowledgeable and personable. This course is not easy and gives a very real insight into the CPO experience. It will test you and take you out of your comfort zone but the skills and expertise are invaluable. I highly recommend this course to others.

This was not an easy course, by any stretch. We were told from the offset that, "if you think you can turn up and pass, you're mistaken"- which is great! After all, who wants a CPO working for them who literally just has a certificate they got given. When you complete this course with this company, you know that you're as prepared as you can be to start doing the job for real. I believe very few companies offer that. Phoenix do!

I sat the class of march 2022 Top quality course, it’s the hardest thing Iv ever done but also one of the best things Iv ever done, Iv got learning difficulties and they done there best to help me, I’d like to thank Lee, Didds, jay, Alex, Sasha for all the advice and help they gave me, I’d highly recommend this course the biggest piece of advice I’d give anyone is pay attention listen to what they are saying and give 110% and they will give the same.
