I was looking for a CP all inclusive course. I didn’t mind spending more to get on the best course available on the market. I spoke to one of the staff there called Tom who was extremely helpful and down to earth. Not pushy, knowledgable, patient and gave me honest advice. He also helped me get booked on the course this Saturday 8th for 16 days. A big thanks to Tom who is an asset to the Phoenix team and was a pleasure to deal with. I am looking forward to attending.

To anyone thinking of doing this course please save your money, the course is good but the price is a lot, I and a few others spent just over £5000 that’s the course, food, suits, a laptop etc for a 2 week course. Once completed I emailed them twice and got nothing back and others on my course were the same. Most companies I talked to weren’t interested even though I’ve got the licence and come from an excellent military background, the jobs I did get offered were your typical door supervisor jobs or basic security at supermarkets. If you have a job already lined up better do it with a cheaper company, if not then look at the door supervisor course instead cos that will get you most jobs out there in the security industry. Heath Evans, Michael and Joel Mills have it all written down much better than I could read their reviews.

Doing the Close Protection course with Phoenix has been amazing, the course is very in depth and very rarely will you find yourself with nothing to do. The tutors were brilliant too, always willing to answer any questions you have as well as being a good laugh after they get to know you. 100% would recommend them to anyone looking to pursue a career or training in Close Protection.

After hearing negative reports i decided to ignore them and continue on with my path. The level of instruction and knowledge that was past on from all instructors was top level. You asked a question and you got the answer and support. They are true gentlemen and experts in their field. I would with out any doubt chose phoenix again for providing my training.

From day one the Phoenix staff were professional and knowledgeable, when power points or training drills were shown they were explained in depth, and why we do them. the training provided was delivered with confidence and explanation throughout. All Questions were answered and again In depth. I have learnt a lot from the close protection course and hopefully I will be in the industry soon. If you are looking to do a close Protection course then I would highly recommend going with Phoenix.

Experience for life for sure. Cant really explain you need to go and do it, see and feel yourself. The mindset and skills what teach you its just WOW. The outcome me personally, massive improvement in every aspect in my life, better handell conflicts in work, relationship, the views about life problems. Thoroughly enjoyed the two week course with Phoenix. Their experienced trainers, from the First aid team to the CPO team were a privilege to learn off. Just finished my CPO course with Phoenix and must say I was impressed with the structure and content of the course. It was taught well and I have learnt new skills that I can use now I've returned to my Principal. This course isn't for the fai t hearted, the work load is high and fairly intense but if you put the effort in, then the guidance is there to see you through.

This was one of the greatest experiences in my life. The lecturers were real professionals.

Very good course and very good instructors

One of the most challenging and rewarding experiences in my life. It is worth every penny. Some people say it is expensive, but when you come over there and see the quality of the training, the resources they spend on their students, and overall the entire experience, you realise that it is cheap. It is definitely worth it. By the way, at some points of the course, I felt as if I'm in some crazy action movie. If you're serious about working in the Close protection industry I would definitely recommend you the Phoenix Academy. It's a serious job and if the person hasn't undergone proper training presents a danger to himself, the client and everyone around. These guys are proven, world leaders.
