We look at other lenders but the personal touch from Allica made it an easy decision to go with them, Emily our relationship manager was always on call to answer any questions we had by email or by phone which you do not usually get with the high street banks. Emily made the process go with such ease and was very supportive. We honestly could not fault Allica and are so pleased we made the decision to go with them.

Also phoned in and was told the relevant member of staff would call me back - here I am 3 days later and still no response. They must be doing very well to not need new customers.

United Kingdom | 26 July 2024its corrupt bank, they held my money for 4 months and keep saying technical glitch as i am unable to access my account. Guys give yourself favour dont use this bank you will regret ,I took them to financial ombudsman and they are helping me to get my money back. Anytime soon they will not let you access your bank account and then will say that there is technical glitch(I promise)

I came to Allica from many years at Natwest, needing a more modern and fast moving banking/finance partner. I could not have expected to find a bank that actually does everything they promise to do! We have banked with Allica nearly a year, zero issues so far. My account Manager, a polite friendly chap called Spencer Illidge, is always on the end of his mobile for support and extremely fast paced at replying to any requests. Did i mention 1.5% cashback on card spending? Enough said.

Their app and site is brilliant and they offer flexibility other banks dont, Allica is not a faceless bank like others, you get a contact you can go to for any issues and it makes a difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a business banking provider.

Our relationship manager Matt made sure we were kept in the loop throughout the process, which was nowhere near as complicated as I’d feared, and even took the time to meet with me to find out more about our businesses and their needs. Unlike the high street banks, you get an actual (and very knowledgeable) human at the end of the phone if you have any queries. The website and app have been easy to navigate and are very intuitive. Plus we’re already earning a decent rate of interest on excess funds in our accounts, which is something the high street banks still deem an unnecessary feature to offer customers. All in all a 5* experience.
