The speed and efficiency in which Agata responded to our request to set up a business account has greatly impressed me. The process of opening up the account itself was quick and streamlined whilst retaining a sense of personalisation. Bravo.

Working with Katie at Allica has been a pleasure. Accounts opened quickly and feels like a modern bank, compared to many of the 'big banks'. Certainly recommend for small businesses.

I was desperate for a mortgage to purchase a building I had been leasing for 9 years, and the landlord needed a quick turnaround. Allica delivered exactly that, moving super quickly through the process and getting me the keys in no time. Wahid, the Relationship Manager, was incredibly helpful and provided great advice. He managed to accelerate the process when needed and had solutions for the few issues that arose. Allica is fantastic for SMEs.

I like Allica bank, the on line web site and phone app are very easy to use and transfer of payments is easy I also like the fact my business manager is contactable both via email and mobile which in some cases is very important unlike most banks

I’m seriously disappointed with Allica. When I logged on after the maturity of my fixed term deposit my money was where it should be and, as requested, reinvested in a new FTD. A few days later, after receiving some curious emails from them, my online account and money had disappeared. I immediately messaged them asking where my money had gone and got no response. I then lodged a formal complaint and, again, no acknowledgement or other response. That seems to be contrary to their own published and the FCA’s required complaints policy. I did tell them in my complaint that if they did not deal with the complaint quickly I would leave them a negative review on Trust Pilot. Here it is. Obviously, they don’t care about that aspect either. I have fixed rate accounts with over 20 other banks and have never experienced anything like this before. Indeed, I’ve never had a problem with any other bank. Consequently, I have lost complete faith in Allica and no longer trust them to look after my money safely. Be warned, and think very carefully, therefore, before you trust them with your money. And if you happen to read this Allica, don’t respond with a load of old flannel and suggest I ring you. You know who I am (the clue’s in the name!). Just do your job, deal with my message and formal complaint and tell me where my money has gone.

Our on boarding process was relatively simple and it was conducted by a knowledgeable executive who led the way through from application till the account were open and fully accessible. With the current offerings and the level of service, it is one of the best banks I have deal with. P.S. everyone I dealt with are UK based :).

NO XERO ACCOUNTING Software Intergration. That's poor and you should advise this up front, Business customers don't need the fath of csv files outside core software platforms, we're busy operating Businesses.

Trying to open account is difficult when you cannot speak to a human , forms came through ok but were incorrect, trying to book on line chat their system doesn’t allow you to finish the booking . Ringing in the line cuts out so you can’t leave a message and emails do not get answered I do not feel this bank is a safe place to go .

Incredible service from Allica. After years of radio silence from our previous bank, it was so refreshing meeting the incredibly kind and informative Steve Grigg, who walked us through every step of the switch. Steve also introduced us quickly to our relationship manager, its great to actually have a contact at the bank. Our switch went incredibly smoothly and is completely automated, app is fantastic and website super intuitive. Lastly, the instant access savings interest rate is more than double what our previous bank was offering. Would recommend to all!
