Brilliant customer service, Simon went above and beyond to make sure they were always available and that we had provided everything required to get set up. In comparison with a lot of faceless online banks it was a real breath of fresh air and makes a huge difference to what could be a painful experience

As an accountant in practice I regularly speak to clients who are not getting the support they need from their bank or are being offered low interest rates on their savings and current accounts. Since hearing about Allica and meeting Steve & Pete, I have had a number of clients open an Allica bank account. In all cases its been smooth and my clients are happy. They welcome the face to face meetings, phone calls and very competitive Interest rates!

I recently set up an account with Allica Bank after my accountant suggested it was worth looking at. The experience has been excellent so far, and the app is really easy to use. I would recommend Allica to other small business owners, and our contact, Steve, has been really helpful with the onboarding process.

I’m new to Allica but so far so good. I was recommended them and introduced to Steve who explained everything and got things moving quickly and seamlessly. I’ve met my personal bank manager Charlotte online and she was also extremely helpful.

The best bank ever! Matt West and his team have been nothing less than fantastic at every point of interaction. We moved from a big high street bank to Allica and it was the best decision. The customer service is faultless and they actually really care about you and your business. If you aren't happy with your current bank then move to Allica, you won't regret it.

Following on my previous post/review another 48hrs have passed since I was promised an update. I've not been contacted by anyone from Allica. Can't even get something as simple as a bank statement from them. The complete disregard towards my business is absolutely shocking. All they do is continue asking for 48hrs more.

Allica is the best! Unlike many big banks where you're often left talking to a computer, Allica ensures you always have access to an actual person. Our account manager, Hayley Cosford, is incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Every issue I've encountered has been quickly resolved, demonstrating Allica's (and Hayley's) commitment to excellent service. If you're tired of the impersonal touch of larger banks, Allica is a refreshing change. Highly recommend!

In our experience Allica are better than all the High Street banks -and the specialist private banks too. Over at 35 year period we have had a mixed experience with NatWest, Coutts, and more recently Metro. Having now enjoyed nearly one year with Allica I wish we had known about them sooner. The service is rapid and effective. The team at Allica understand what it is like to run a business, and they actually care about their clients.

Recently opened a fixed-term business savings account with Allica. Unfortunately, Allica did not honour their (vague) deposit terms and refused to enter into a meaningful discussion when I complained. Allica's interpretation of their own terms is open to question and I have requested the return of my deposits which they have refused to do. Consequently I have requested a 'letter of deadlock' from them to allow me to take the matter further. I am recommending that any SMEs looking for a fair, hassle-free, customer-centric banking experience look elsewhere. There are many alternatives. For example, I have had good experiences in the past with Redmond Bank and Shawbrook Bank both of which combine professional service with similar interest rates.
