It's great to receive interest and cashback on a business current account and nothing short of fantastic to have a linked SavingsPot which pays 4.33% interest 🎉. This account is also free of the standard bank charge and costs nothing to operate. I would and will recommend to all who will listen.

Let's see if they do the same as they have again failed to respond to my query for days now. They just don't care about existing customers or new customers.

Latest issue is I have selected what to do with my Invested money after maturity, pay it into my nominated account. I then go in to check 2 weeks later and it is revered back to, invest into an Allica bank account. This is the second time this has happened. Ive always had the feeling of not being able to trust this bank. I would never use them agaun

From my initial email was followed up immediately by the nicest and efficient customer advisor Hope Laws I could ever ask for. Felt with many high street Banks you should look no further. Account opening as smooth as you could wish for and best of all personal contact. Great and thanks god as I was dreading a painful journey to deposit my own money to obtain an attractive rate. The mobile app is fantastic too but just remember when making a deposit you have to move it to your interest saving account.

Everything went well until I needed to change my nominated account (if this isn't changed then I cannot withdraw the funds). The customer service team are clueless and they will simply ignore any emails that they cannot (or perhaps do not want to) deal with. I made a complaint to Allica about their service provision some 3.5 months ago and they have still not responded, which I think says it all. I would avoid this bank at all costs, there are many other options which provide timely and efficient service and comparable interest rates.

Every time we have called customer services they keep saying that they are having technical issues and cannot send an email confirming this or give us any more information. They have offered no help and will not give us any more information. Do not use this bank.
