Market leading interest rate with easy to use app interface and web access. Steve at Allica was both professional and quick to assist in setting up my account and has been very helpful with all of my queries at every stage. 5* and have recommended their services to a number of friends and business associates.

After researching the Best Savings rates i found that Allica have great rates and reviews so i sent an inquiry, they responded quickly and professionally offering open discussion and not scripted Questions/Answers. Hope (our Customer Service Exec) persevered with setting us up and getting us online once all the usual banking checks were completed, lets Hope the rates stay high and we get a little back from the Banks.

Good experience with a business 1 year saving account. Good communication and easy to contact. The only issue that has forced me elsewhere is that I can't now open a new 1 year business account as the site says my email address has already been registered. When logging in, the process doesn't allow me to open a new account due to the old one being on my record. I had to deposit elsewhere as a result.

Fantastic online banking! User friendly website and mobile app. No fees for online banking and a great interest rate for savings as well. The customer support is very good and reliable. Finally, our relationship manager always makes themselves available to communicate with.

Have just opened a new account for a small business. Have delt with Marco - who helped me set up the account and Charlotte, my relationship manager. Both are very relaxed and friendly yet very professional - answered all the questions I had and responded very quickly with information either by email or calls. Plus the Allica app is very easy to use and the bank's rates and service for a small business are excellent.

From making first contact with Allica to the account being set up was so quick and easy compared to traditional High Street banks, all done inside a week! When speed is paramount in getting a new company set up, this is a huge benefit as is usually the slowest!

Finding Allica Bank was serendipity. Traditional High Street SME support is non existent in our locality. Where there is a bank open for domestic customers the staff are poorly supported by Head Office, particularly if an SME walks though the door. Communicating with our existing provider is frustrating at best. Our SME accounting clients find it much harder at a time when business owners need proactive support in making better business decisions. From outset Allica Bank have been transparent and fully supportive. Expectations are managed and we have access to a Partnership Executive alongside a dedicated Relationship Manager for clients. Developing relationships is easy especially with a seamless "onboarding" process. In place of a pressure sale with a faceless call centre, we have had the opportunity to take the account opening process at the client's pace, being fully supported en route. Healthy interest rates and an easy to use banking app makes Allica Bank a rewarding experience. Combined with excellent customer service what's not to love!

I've found the transition from my former bank to Allica very easy. Jason at Allica was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to my emails. I feel so much more in control of my money and i particularly like the savings pot and great interest rate as well as the rewards. I have recommended Allica to a client of mine, who has now opened an account and is extreamly happy with Allica.

Recommended by my accountant to open an account. Chris has been so helpful in explaining everything and even filling in all the forms. Opening the accounts couldn't have been easier and I am already benefiting from the better interest rate than I was getting with my other bank.

A very positive experience from an ex Santander business account holder. Account opening "form" was undertaken over the phone with a very helpful Customer Success Executive (Hope), rather than loads and loads of form filling / scanning / posting / emailing. A very quick and easy ID checking process via email. Account opened within 48 hrs from application. Bank App is easy to use and navigate. Bank funded and funds moved into a savings account accumulating 4.33% interest. Virtual card activated instantly. Physical card ordered and en-route. I am a VERY DIFFICULT person to impress. #Impressed. I would 100% recommend (and I am nothing to do with the bank). Just a business owner.

Good interest rates on business accounts, and good communication and customer support (with special thanks to 'Hope' (Customer Success Executive) who promptly called me and helped me set up the account with care and answered my questions. No overseas call centre with robotic answers to contend with!) So far i am really impressed and I've just opened two accounts.

I attempted to open a savings account for our company. Initially, they seemed helpful, but I ended up having to chase them for a response. It’s now been almost a month, and the account still hasn't been opened. Today, I checked Trustpilot and read numerous terrible reviews about accounts disappearing. Given this, I’m relieved the process took so long, and I've decided not to open the account after all.
