United Kingdom | 07 September 2024I had been with allica for about 9 months then total breakdown of this bank ,I urge anyone who is thinking of using this bank DONT,if you want to stay mentally ok.from the 20th March 24 I was unable to get in to my account ,this apparently due to a it error on there part .my buisness stopped and due to the amount in my account that I could not get hold of .thus went on for 5 months ,five months of this bank telling me it's an it ishue and we are trying to fix it .I had no choice but to contact the financial ombudsman to help me get some answers .After thousands of calls and emails I was asked to send a bank statment so my funds could be processed, this took anouther 4 weeks of calls .I have lost everything due to this rubbish uncaring bank ,my buisness and reputation destroyed .they don't care about there customers at all and there communication skills are beyond terrible .honestly worst time of my life and biggest mistake I made was using allica bank .do yourself a favour and stay clear .

United Kingdom | 05 September 2024hello shout out for every one , I am suffering because of Allica Bank since 01 April 2024,My funds are held illegally since 1st of April 2024, I have make every effort ,calls, messages,email hundreds of them.As of today they have not given my funds back despite them given me letters of acknowledgement. They acknowledged that they have my funds and will give it to me but after I gave them all of new bank details they are delaying again and again, everyday they say to me that transferring of funds is in process.over 5 Months my money is with them and they are using delay tactics even after provided everything.

The application was completely paperless and took less than 24 hours to open (upon ID verification). Hope (Customer Success Executive) was absolutely brilliant and made the process so simple - this is very much how banking should be in 2024! Keep up the great work.
