You can see clearly The reply from you guys and I am a confused you telling me till today you have technical issue with multi business account why you don’t say that front of the people why you just telling me that You will investigated The reply from you guys not clearly and something behind 1 weeks now I can’t use my account. I can’t pay salary for our team. I can’t pay the Customer everyone panicking and I am losing the trust from the people I need everyone here see my review and I hope you guys. sort it if you want, continue Business I just contacted with the customer service again and the same person. Answer my phone call last week. This surprise me only one person answer my phone all the time and she never give me right answer before she said technical issue now she said technical issue with my account every time something new my direct debit is been rejected. This bank just affect my business and my credit score and we going to serious matter at the moment.

A very straightforward bank to deal with. I put away a lump sum into a 1 year fixed saver. Minimal communication during the year; informed me prior to its maturing and transferred balance back to my normal bank with minimum of fuss. Well done to Allica.

Agata was very helpful and kind explaining how bank works. The biggest surprise was when I received some nice sum as an interest to saving account just keeping some money in it for few weeks. very simple and smooth way to open an account, quick response and support. I have got nothing but great experience so far and I am sure that it will continue when Allica bank has such an amazing staff working there! Easy to use an app too, quick and simple transfers, signing in process.

Allica Bank has had an outage for four days now with inability to access accounts. Customer service unable to provide any information or help. Staff and suppliers going unpaid and companies being ruined. No backup solutions being provided. Allica bank saying they have no idea when it will be fixed. Just telling customers to find alternative solutions, but impossible when all the money is in Allica Bank.

I recently made a stupid mistake when opening two fixed rate accounts and ended up crediting all my money to just one of the accounts. I used the online messaging service to contact customer service and received a very prompt reply from Thusiyanthan Srisankar saying they were looking at how best to help me. Later, on the same day, I was emailed to tell me that an action had been approved to resolve my problem, enabling my two accounts to have the correct balances. I am very impressed by the way Allica treat their customers (market leading rates as well!). A big, big thank you.

It is really helpful to have a bank where you can actually talk to someone and have a dedicated Account Manager. All High Street Banks (what is left of them) are losing custom by "streamlining". It's good to talk to someone about business activities, changes in our market which could have an effect on our banking and having a decent savings account interest rate. I would recommend to move to a bank that cares about the little people!

Very easy to set up an account. Simple process. It would be 10x as hard to get a new account from my existing bank I've been with for 18 years.

Set up a high interesting savings account (non-ISA) online and was extremely quick and easy. Product info and T&Cs were clear. Just one issue to raise is setting up a password for the account requires it to be manually done and retyped again character by character. Perhaps those responsible for designing the site should factor in users of Bitwarden who have an extremely good password management app. That allows you to randomly generate 30+ random character passwords to paste in when setting up an account. Unfortunately you can't paste the password into the "repeat password" field.

I messaged asking someone to call me. I received an immediate email telling me someone would call me later. This actually happened (a rarity in my experience). The representative was polite and very helpful and resolved my problem quickly and easily. It was a pleasure to get such great customer service.
