The app is frustrating as it demands stupid levels of security, and you can’t see essential details of your account, such as date of maturity. I wanted to open another fixed term account but this is also not possible on the app and the hoops you have to go through just to get into your account has put me off. I shall use a different bank.

United Kingdom | 20 April 2024Has anyone had a problem connecting there Allica account to sage 50 accounts, I have been trying since 3rd April, I speak to them daily and all I get is technical support are aware and working on it. When I try to log in a page comes up saying Page Expired The page you are trying to access is no longer available.

United Kingdom | 11 April 2024Interview process was unprofessional I received a notification that I was rejected at the 2nd stage. I was then contacted 4 days later to say they now want to process me onto the 3rd stage due to a miscommunication. I attended the face to face interview and gave a very good one and was told at the end. 'You'll hear from us next week as we are interviewing more candidates.' I then received an early notification I'd been unsuccessful before they'd even interviewed the final candidate. There was no water provided during the interview. And they let me know late on a Friday that I was unsuccessful. Just as I was about to log off and go spend time with my family. There was no apology for the mistake in declining me twice in 1 week in there final response. It was just a generic email which was sent. What's concerning is this doesn't align with their own values 'Being straightforward', 'Integrity' . The lack of compassion and consideration will mean I will be refrained from applying at Allica Bank in future.

No nonsense adult approach that is a breath of fresh air to a suffocating industry! Take bow!

Called the helpline which after several automated options put me on hold and was then hung up upon. Happened several times. Dreadful.
