I am very pleased with the service that Kole Imports have provided me with. The merchandise was received a day prior to the day I was expecting it. Most of the merchandise were in good condition something that I always have problems with other wholesalers, especially from outside.

GREAT JOB, came on time.

Customer service promised to resolve my problem or refund money. They did neither and became unresponsive. In the end I had to get my credit card company to intercede and retrieve my funds. Took several weeks to resolve and I was never refunded the cost of return shipping as promised and discounts offered were never given. I can not recommend this company.

The last purchase I made was held for more than a month while I was getting emails stating that the purchase was sent. I could not get a clear answer as to why it was never sent while they kept telling me that it was probably a problem at UPS, yet when they made a thorough check, it never left the warehouse...

Very helpful, supportive sales rep. Helped me get the best deals possible on products I was interested in. Great support and help in getting products delivered to Amazon FBA warehouses for us, which was really appreciated since we were new Amazon sellers. Prices good. Sales rep (Josh) offered to send us samples if we wanted to see products before ordering. Good variety of products. Only slight negative would be in some of the products' quality. Since most products are inexpensive to begin with, and often closeouts, I guess this is to be expected.

I have aproblem ordering things from Koles. The last order they sent me to poay pal and had to pay more money for my purchases. I still have items I want to purchasebut could not get through with my debit card. The company keeps saying that my card is not correct. The items are a great price. I do not knowif it is my bank or the company. I will check it out with my bank and Koles sometime this week.
