With the first lockdown and now lockdown 2.0. the team at Victory Blinds has been absolutely transparent during all stages of the ordering and eventual delivery of the goods. They have been very accommodating in allowing us to delay delivery due to the current situation. This is our 3rd Victory blinds curtain and we have been extremely pleased with the service and product.

This is the 4th time I have purchased custom blinds from Victory. Great product and installation was hassle free. Sales rep, Elizabeth, was very helpful and came to our house three times to ensure all was correct, as blinds originally ordered were no longer available.

I only gave 4 stars as I have had no updates as to when I will receive my blinds :(

Received a call from victory to organise a date for instalation, extra blinds had been order so the girl said she would call back to see if they would be ready to instal all on the one day, no call back. Also, they were requesting the balance payment only 4 or 5 days after we had ordered the blinds and paid a 50% deposit.

Mid December last year I had quote by Jim Panagiotou for shutters in front bay window and on April 20th they were installed and I was so impressed I decided to get shutters installed in my dining room. Sanjaya did the quote and on 5th June and another gentleman came on 22nd June for the final measurement. Shutters are currently being made. All the Victory Blind team in the call center are nice and the gentlemen doing the quotes, final measurements and installation are all friendly, efficient and clean. Many Thanks

Shamsi was my consultant wonderful experience and very nice woman - 5 The installers were nice enough but a bit rushed - 4 I had rolled blinds and sheers installed the sheers are too long the guys aside they would advise the office and took pictures. Weeks maybe a month later the office called and advised they would come out and take the sheers away to the factory, hang them up and find out where the problem was. I am still waiting and I have come to like the longer length which is beside the point.

We had Plantation Shutters from Victory installed. It was a very easy and painless process from start to finish. We love the Shutters and the look great.

Consultant, check measure and fitting people were all excellent but the communication from the customer service desk was very poor I did all my inquiries through the decor consultant that was the only way I received any customer service call backs and my questions answered Sheer curtains installed and I love them but it was hard work from my point of view as a customer Brenda

Evelyn (who did my initial quote) was very helpful and professional. Installation went smoothly and Ian and Ritchie did a fabulous job. The plantation shutters look so good and make such a difference to the home. It was worth the wait (the shutters are made in China)!
