We ordered plantation shutters, sheers & roller blinds for our newly built home from Victory. From consultation, initial measurement, quotation, check measurement to installation it was a breeze and a pleasurable experience all the way through. Compared to competitors we were happy with the price and the quality of the products we ordered. We had no window coverings moving in, but once everything was installed, it transformed the place completely. It looked like a show house. We love the look and feel of everything. We received plenty of spare parts and care instructions. Friendly, helpful staff as well. If I can advise anyone who’s ordering for a new build, I’d advise you to order as soon as possible. Leave yourself at least 12 weeks to ensure your blinds arrive in time.

We ordered both shutters and blinds. I like the actual product but unfortunately there has been mistake after mistske after mistake with regards to our order which has made the process extremely frustrating. Following is list of mistakes thus far.... - measurer came and advised that sales person had noted two shutters be recessed and two not recessed, which totally didnt mske sense. Confirmed all were to be recessed. - blinds arrived but one the measurements were written down wrong and therefore wrong size. Also a second one was cut the wrong size. Advised wait on blinds but blind would be put up and they would puddy holes upon return. - was called and advisd blinds were in but had to be redone as fault in fabric. - shutters installed but two had a double panel and two had a single panel. Installed but advised that the two would have to be reordered. -blinds finally done and installed but not puddied up holes. - although two of the windows are exact size, blind lengths are different. - currently waiting on shutters so this may not be the end of the mistakes.

The blind is great, a bit pricey, but happy with the end result. I didn’t appreciate being called ‘sweetheart’ by the sales person, their selling style is pretty outdated in that respect. The person installing the blind was great, matter of fact and just went about installing the blind.

I have found Victory Blinds to be a reliable and professional Company to work with. The Consultant always arrives on time with plenty of fresh ideas for my window areas. I will definitely use Victory Blinds again. This is the second time I have used them.

We had Adrian and we found him Very Friendly and told us what the right style of Curtains would be perfect for us! We chose the Dark Blue Colour that has the Lovely Sheen on them and they match our Lovely New Dark Blue Carpet and we are So looking forward to seeing our New Curtains installed! I Really Loved the Brass Rods so we have also bought them as well!!

Penny who measured and quoted was fantastic. Installers were also excellent. Unfortunately paperwork went missing in the store which caused delays.
