We had a terrific experience from start to finish with Victory Blinds. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and installation was flawless. I highly recommend the team.

Good job done and on time

One blind has had to be remade twice due to a fault in the fabric. Also, better advice should’ve been provided for a blind at our front door- we selected the wrong treatment and as a result people can see in from the outside at night, and we can’t see out - very compromised security as a result.

I haven’t received my shutters yet so am not able to comment on the total package. I made it clear that the person measuring up was to call the tenant. This didn’t happen and it meant the measuring was done later than it should have been and thus delayed delivery. Other than that, so far I’m happy

Very happy with overall service

My first blinds I pick end up there not enough.secound one I picked it end up something wrong with them know I am waiting for number three been waiting one and half weeks so fare and I payed cash

We were excited to be getting blinds from a reputable company. Sadly we are disappointed and think other budget blind providers would be just as good. We have had problems with plastic guides coming off the back channels and blind pull cords jamming. The blinds when raised get caught on the plastic hooks that the blind pull cord is wound or hooked onto. Overall they look nice but the mechanics of raising them is primitive
