I would have given a better review but I rang your company to have someone come out to fix my blinds. They are still under warranty and after a few months of installation they have a problem.

Having never bought curtains or blinds before and having no idea what to buy or how to go about it, we found Sara (our consultant) very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what would be best for our apartment. She made the whole experience easy (the hardest part was choosing colours, haha).

We waited many more months that what was promised. Victory would never make courtesy calls to inform us of delays. We constantly had to ring and ring and ring. We were told someone will call you back. I had to drive to the Springvale office several to get answers on our job. The job was finally completed a few weeks ago, but one of draw cords is very difficult to operate as it has been installed too close to the wall. We have left messages for someone to return To adjust this, but of course no one will return our call. A very disappointing company that is not transparent or efficient in their business practice. it seems we will have to get an opposition company to fix the issue. The other point is we still have more rooms in our home that require curtains or blinds. Instead of Victory working with us to resolve problems and get the second lot of work, they just ignored us and the sales rep would return any calls to us despite many many calls - how do you run a business like this?? Very unhappy with the poor response regarding a discoloured awning that is still under warranty. I have left two messages and have not received any reply. Not impressed at all.

Excellent and professional service from Consultant Elizabeth Morgan. A check and measure was then done a couple of days later.

We had an awkward spot for an external blind and our previous blind installer said he couldn't do it. So we were happy that Victory satisfactorily installed a blind to keep out the heat from an upstairs bedroom.

I love the shutters that were installed. Haven’t given 5 stars because I had to wait so long for the installation to happen.

We are so happy with our vertical blind. We dealt with Evelyn who was professional, friendly and knew exactly what we wanted and helped choose the best colour and style for the bedroom. The vertical blind has made a huge difference to the look and feel of the bedroom and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended
