The process is normally very smooth. Relatively easy to get through the phone to speak experienced advisers who are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great all round service from this company. Lauren R contacted me and was very professional in explaining the process , what to expect and the documentation I was sent. It was all so easy for beginning to end. Definitely recommend her and Nationwide.

UPDATE …. I would like to give a shoutout to Katie in customer service who after this review got in contact and kept me in the loop until delivery today. There were a few more errors with the car not arriving on the right day etc but Katie did everything in her power to resolve this messy order and I am grateful for this. The car has a faulty tyre and I am hoping this is replaced but other than that fingers crossed all is ok now! …. Easy to use site. Good in the sales period but since placing my order early 2024, i have delays every month and still no car or definite date. I am now paying more money to extend my current car with no guarantee im even getting the car i ordered and responses are very poor. I would avoid if you want to get a car within a time period. I am worried to see other reviews that cars then get cancelled after waiting so long

I am delighted with the service I received from Nationwide. Lauren Reynolds was extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish. She explained the procedures and arrangements for me to get the car I wanted and made this stress free. Very quick in answering any emails and keeping me informed every step of the way.

Recently went through the sales process with Charlotte for a brand new Nissan Juke. From enquiring, explaining the process, beginning and going through a proposal and eventually, the agreement, Charlotte was helpful and took the time to explain as it was my first time leasing the vehicle. Delivery was arranged at a suitable time and car arrived looking clean and with the mileage only from the travel to my home. The car was delivered on the Tuesday - driven for 10 to 15 minutes each day until Thursday as I was still getting used to moving to a bigger vehicle. On Friday, the car wouldn't start and when it eventually did, a service error came up - RAC came out and advised it would need a service to get it sorted. Booked in at Nissan for their earliest appointment on the Wednesday and the car is now with them. It is now completely switched off, no longer starting at all and they have advised there is a 'high voltage' fault and they are unsure of repair time. When getting in touch with Nationwide, they advised to speak to the finance company regarding payments which was understandable so I sorted out a payment hold with them. They do not source vehicles so went back to Nationwide who said they do not have another car in stock and my options were to cancel or to get in touch with the manufacturer themselves as it was delivered without fault codes. At no time has there been any sort of understanding that this has now fallen on me to sort out. Their get out clause is that they are just the broker but there should still be some sort of assistance provided if you arrange a vehicle which 3 days later, does not even start. I have now had to handle this all myself, I am without a vehicle and Nationwide have been no help whatsoever. Although the initial discussions were reassuring, their after-sales support is non-existent. Complaint emails come back with an auto-response showing a 15 working day response time frame so you have to call constantly to chase up any queries you have. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and wouldn't return as a customer Update: Thank you for your reply. It's a shame when an email I sent has gone unanswered but a Trustpilot review is addressed far quicker - it would be great if the email could also be addressed and responded too as well. In regards to your answer, this is why I have given such a low rating. You claim you are 'currently liasing with the supplier' yet your adviser last Friday basically said that as the vehicle started when it was delivered with no error codes, they cannot help any further so I do doubt you are currently speaking to Nissan. In fact, I was told to call Nissan UK myself and sort it out. The get out clause seems to be that it was working when it left the dealership. That's great - it doesn't change the fact that the car stopped working three days later after not being driven for even 10 miles. Please have your team reply to my email or give me a call.

This is the second time I have leased a vehicle with Nationwide vehicle contracts, and although there has been some delay due to unforseen issues with Nissan I have been kept informed of the progress. Lauren has been very good throughout the process. I will use the company again if I lease my next vehicle. One criticism would be the amount of automated emails I have received saying exactly the same thing with the only difference being the date. Thanks Lauren 👍

From start to finish I have been very impressed with the service and ease of organising and ordering my new Cupra Formentor leased car. This is the first time I've done this and I must say it's has been very straightforward process. Suzanne at Nationwide really went the extra mile to help me order the car I wanted, help me understand how the process works and answer any questions that I had. From ordering to having a phone call to tell me my delivery date, took 5 days and total order to delivery is about 3 weeks which is excellent service. Suzanne was my sales consultant and she was absolutely brilliant. I can't thank her enough. So thank you Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and at the end of this lease I will certainly be back for my next one.

have just leased my second car through Nationwide Vehicle Contracts who have been great to deal with. Although my T Roc was some weeks late in arriving due to VW having components supply issues, NW kept me up to date all the way through.

Terrible experience. You have to constantly chase for updates on the order (which they got wrong) and only when I said I would cancel did they magically find a vehicle. Do NOT get any pick up with the dealer fit roller shutter, this will leak and is not waterproof as confirmed by the supplier and fitter. They advised to drill holes in the bottom to let the water drain out!!! They also charge you the same amount as a factory fit roller shutter, when the actual cost is much less. Last vehicle I will order (they have also lost my most recent order of 2 x Transit Customs)

This was my first ever experience leasing a vehicle and representative Charlotte Croly has helped make the experience extremely pleasant to deal with throughout. Communication has been excellent and I haven’t at all felt pressured to purchase additional add-ons such as paint protection, etc. Charlotte even came back to me with a cheaper monthly price than originally secured online. I would absolutely come back in the future if I lease again.

Great experience from start to finish. Their website is easy to use/ filter by your options. It was an easy process with a quick call to finalise details - Karl was my contact. He was super friendly and helpful in all my queries. I was initially concerned about the lead time of the vehicle -however it actually came earlier than expected which was great news. The car is perfect! Delivery person (I didn’t catch his name - lovely gent from Stoke). He contacted me night before to confirm delivery. He guided me around car/ dashboard etc. Karl responded to all my emails efficiently. Thank you for making this an easy process. Would recommend to family and friends and will hopefully be using your services in the future. Thank you!

The car registration number was changed by Nationwide without informing me (or the delivery man) of the change. Car insurance already arranged as required by them. Consequently incurred an admin charge with the insurers for change of details. No refund offered by Nationwide. Not impressed. Delivery man said it happens a lot.

I had been in touch with several leasing brokers and Nationwide were the fastest to get back to me and the fastest to get a car to me. I dealt with an agent called Kayleigh Waters, she was brilliant. They advised 3 weeks for delivery and in the end it took just under 2 weeks. Even with after sales, I had some minor issues with insurance and Kayleigh replied to all queries so much faster than the actual finance company ever did. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

First time using Nationwide Vehicle Contracts after a recommendation from a family member who has used them twice. The whole process was so quick and straightforward from start to finish. Kayleigh was brilliant, she kept me up to date all the way through with regular emails and calls with any updates, also super friendly and helpful! Very happy with the service and my new car!
