I ordered a car online on a Sunday and had the order verbally confirmed by an associate the next day. 48 hours later from the original order I was e-mailed to say the price had gone up and there was nothing I could do. The order was immediately cancelled and i never heard another thing

Leaving public reviews seems to be the only way to get a response. Can I have it clarified why I was told 28 days and then when 28 days came and went. I was told 28 calendar days. I have been sent an email by a merchant (worldpay) whom stated the refund was issued on the 28th at 08:14. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REFUND. I have been contacted by a random member of this organisation whom did not state whom they are, just asking me to give me a call. When I emailed this unknown individual back. Once again radio silence.

United Kingdom | 29 July 2024As I previously explain, I attempted to purchase a lease car with this company. I paid my deposit and then it went radio silent. Realising this is not the type of company you want responsible for your car. I cancelled my services with them. It’s been 28 days no refund. No explanation. Nothing. Outside of this I have contacted the police, the banks, trading standards, the financial ombudsman. This company has taken my £270 in a cost of living crisis and refused to give it back. I’m my experience these reviews are fake and this company is fraudulent taking money away from working families. Use this company at your own risk. I will keep everyone update via TikTok.

Ordered, finance documents received, signed and vehicle booked for deliver all in the space of a few days. Charlotte kept me upto date all the way through the process and answered all my questions ( and there were many).

The only advice I would give is plan ahead, our first and second choice of car were not going to be available in time and so compromises had to be made. Customer service was spot on and staff were friendly and professional

This time I had a deal of help from Kayleigh with this modern game of electronic forms. If only was 30 years younger? All problems sorted very quickly and everything went smoothly. Kayleigh began the process and was clear about what would happen and what I should expect. The delivery was a little longer than I had hoped but this was not down to Kayleigh or her colleagues. Excellent communication, keeping me in the loop and quick at coming back to me with answers to any questions. The car arrived when they said it would and was kept in the loop in the week leading up to the delivery.
