Please do not use this service, they are a scam,they take your money and then won't answer your calls . Very poor customer service.

This is my second time using NVC and on both occasions they have been efficient, professional and kept me informed right from ordering through to taking delivery of my new vehicle. Cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent customer service.

Never using this company again. They took forever to respond to my queries and when they do eventually respond, they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They keep deposits and don't pay them back

We were in need of a lease vehicle with a short turnaround as our current provider was continuing to delay. After some research, settled on Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and was given excellent service from start to finish, with the car being delivered within 3 weeks from the beginning of the process. Lauren Reynolds was great throughout, keeping us updated and ensuring everything went smoothly.

Terrible experience, rude over the phone. Take deposits without giving further information. Lack of communication. Stay away from this company. Just a scam!

Good experience with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts. It took reasonable time to process application even though I just moved to UK from EU and I failed with different leasing provider. Professional customer service provided by Lauren Reynolds.

Please Please Please... if you do anything. please do not use this company. its a scam. In my case I've had to involve the police, banks and legal authorities. They WILL take your money offer no service and then refuse to give a re-fund. Do not bother risking it. not worth it.

Car arrived on recovery truck. Car was not clean. Inside / out. Mud splashed up arches. Car had scuff on leather, dirty marks on door lining, mark on paint work. Green mildew on seals. Inside the boot there is mould formed on boot carpet and accessories. Car had a fault (I wasnt to know otherwise would not have accepted it) central locking / door handle defective. Nationwide would not swap the car. Nationwide did not have a courtesy car. I had to book it into the main dealer for the repair, no car for the whole week. No courtesy car available, manufacture was also meant to supply courtesy car- heard nothing. Nationwide said on the phone that whilst in at the main dealer, ideal for a valet to resolve that issue. Picked up the car, fixed, no valet. Dealer said they had no correspondence from anybody whilst car was in repair. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

Initial contact made with Kayleigh Waters and was excellent throughout. Then handed over to delivery team first contact was a bit abrupt didn’t get a name though but after that all went very well and very professional. I have been in the service sector and know to appreciate good service.

Excellent experience again with Nationwide Vehicle contracts. This is my 3rd car lease and it went smoothly as normal. Kayleigh Waters was brilliant and kept us informed with any updates. Would recommend using them.

My new car arrived today only few weeks since ordered, great deal for a fantastic car delivered on time. I had an issue with this company in over 4 years ago by promising a car that they couldn’t deliver, but I could not fault them this time, very efficient and helpful.
