Great communication and fast turn around from quote to vehicle delivery!

Very helpful team. Got rejected for the lease from other 2 brokers but Nationwide helped me with couple of other lenders with them. And my application got approved excited to get the delivery of my brand new car. I hope my car arrives soon before the expected delivery date. I had a bad experience with the earlier car and their customer resolutions team take an action quickly and resolved the issue.

This is the second time I have used Nationwide for a car lease and I can't fault their customer service. Everything is clearly presented online and easy to deal with. Could not of been happier in the help and advice we was shown by kayleigh from the first point of contact, we was advised from minute one all the way along the contract process, as too vechicle spec,contract duration, delivery of vehicle, it made it so much stress free for myself and leanne.

Nationwide had the best price for spec of car and I think their website is the best in comparison to others I visited. Quick, efficient communication from start to finish from Charlotte. After contacting Nationwide to supply a new van on lease, they advised a June 2024 delivery which was around 3 months from order. After paying their extortionate admin fee to secure the vehicle, I was contacted regularly by email with updates advising a build date was not available yet. After the advised date had passed and not getting any answers on a delivery date I contacted another company I had used in the past to ask for their opinion. Immediately they were aware of the offer that was given to me and said that I will never get that van as the manufacturer is not building, they went on to say that Nationwide would be more than aware of this and as my calling off period had passed I would not be able to get a refund on my admin fee before I would know the van would never be delivered. It’s a scam and you should not use this company
